Overall the maintenance support has collapsed over the last year or so. When I first arrived there were 6 or 7 full time uniformed crew now to 1 and a 1/2

If you want to live in a place that constantly smells like weed, cigarettes, and has dog poop everywhere then this is the place for you. If you want a manager that ignores your calls and e-mails when you bring up these concerns this may also be the place for you. Oh yeah and if you want to pay a ridiculous amount per month for cheap and deteriorating finishes then this may be a match. If you want somewhere pleasant, clean and with a manager that actually cares look elsewhere. They do anything but fix the problem and don’t even bother checking your emails it is always the same generic thing with no thought behind it when trying to “address” concerns brought to their attention. I wouldn’t tell anyone to live here ever.

Terrible management, they should change the building manager, she does not know her job, always with excuses that she is new to the job ... I have lived years ago and the management was excellent, everything was first class, now everything is cheap and very poorly executed.

I definitely fall in the middle here. I really enjoy parts of this complex: the location is the best part! The sunsets are amazing over the lake. Also, I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the manager Cynthia. I moved in almost 2 years ago and there was no community manager, things were really bad. When she got hired you immediately knew that there was actually someone running the place. The apartments themselves are modern and put together well. Parts of this complex stink. Over the nearly two years the golf simulator has worked maybe a handful of times. The pool was broken for months. The clubhouse bathrooms also get dirty and frequently run out of hand towels & toilet paper. Among other things that aren't worth noting. Overall, Cynthia inherited a mess but it’s a good community. Personally, I found more space elsewhere with working amenities and decided it was time to move Hats off to the maintenance team!!

Bell Steiner Ranch is a premier property in the western area of Austin. This is a peaceful, well laid out property with 23 buildings and convenient parking for all. The residents here tend to be respectful of others, many dog walkers, and mostly careful when driving through the community. This property has been here at least 6 years that I know of. The office staff and community manager are highly responsive and service oriented.

I am very happy living at Bell Steiner Ranch. All staff from office to maintenance are very helpful and go the extra mile to help me with my needs and requests.
We lived in Bell Steiner Ranch for over two years and I found the facility be fantastic. I will say that Covid was a setback and feel that somethings could be handled better with that. I feel that residence shouldve gotten a reduced rate when all the amenities were closed because the amenities are a large part of what makes the place the best.
This place is awesome. Entire staff here including the maintenance workers are super cool. The local area has everything you need.
I love living at Bell Steiner. Everyone from office personnel to maintenance crew are friendly, quick to respond to any concerns or needs I have and make me feel like part of a family. I also love the layout and detailing of their units.

Im fortunate as I enjoy a spectacular view and my Apt is spacious and nicely appointed. That said there have been some issues related to the pandemic, however everything should return to perfect ,once the Pandemic is defeated.
Very Happy living in Bell Steiner Ranch Apartment. Office manager Nicole and her team are always look out to help tenants little to big issues, fast maintenance service. I like it so much I refereed couple friends and they are very pleased. My plan was to stay short lease term but I might have to renewal again for third times!

We have lived here before, I was relocated from my company to Miami Beach, but again I was relocated to Austin and I returned to live in Bell, it is a beautiful place, quiet, safe in the day and at night, perfect for families with pets, with a spectacular view, the neighbors are very nice and polite, we love this place and we hope to be here for many more years ...

BSR is a an elegant Hill Country community that provides residents with best in class Apartment homes . Breathtaking views, state of the art pools and a 24 hr Gym are part of the experience.
Maintenance requests are always acknowledged within 24hrs and we are happy with the quality of workmanship. Maintenance guys are awesome and Nick was great about keeping us in the loop.
