Bell Shady Grove

Bell Shady Grove is a great place to live. Everyone from the maintenance team to the front desk is very kind, helpful, and professional. They are also great at communicating with their residents and the upkeep of the facilities.

I really like the community so far. The noise level is a bit high during early morning (trash truck etc) since I live close ish to the loading dock/trash chute, but its doable. The property manager Brandon is absolutely amazing too!

I have resided at Bell Shady Grove since September of 2021, and the experience has been exceptional. The office staff are attentive and personable, and Brandon has always addressed my questions with competent guidance and a friendly demeanor (I feel a tremendous sense of respect as a resident). Commuting throughout Rockville on two wheels can be a challenge, but fellow residents have treated me with courtesy and regard for my safety when navigating the parking structure. The maintenance team is skilled, efficient, and respond in a timely manner with a service-oriented attitude. I remain happy with my decision to call Bell home.

Best experience I have ever had when renting an apartment. Kudos to Brandon and all staff at Bell Shady Grove. Cannot wait to move in and make it my home.

I've mostly loved. The place is EXCEPTIONALLY well maintained. I love Brandon. He is the BEST!! Also I feel very safe here and the residents for the most part respect the rules . Also maintenance staff is awesome. Very responsive and respectful.

I would 100% recommend this apartment complex to everyone! Brandon is one of the best leasing managers and will always be there to support you! The building is very clean, conveniently located, and everyone is very friendly,

the apartment is clean in general and the office manager Brain is super helpful. The 2 things I'm not very happy with are the fire alarm and main elevator. The fire alarm went off 2-3 times without notice and the main elevator was gone for a long time. Overall, neighbours are kind and the noise level is low. I'm satisfied with this choice.

I don't complain since I moved here, but it seems like there are always an issues with the unit I moved in 4 years ago. It always has a water leak only the part my unit. Is the 3rd time that my unit had water leak. First one it was the dish washer that damage some of my furniture that the insurance company did not reimburse for. Then the 2nd floor until was leaking from outside and the ceiling and the walls were damage. Other than that everyone in the leasing office they all are very nice and respectful to my needs. The Maintenance are very helpful as always.

I’ve been here almost 3 years and love it. The atmosphere, the people are wonderful. My children and grandchildren love coming to visit. Such a peaceful place to live.

I love it here! The amenities are great management and the maintenance is awesome! Guest parking process is very easy and simple and has a whole 2 floors available for guest parking and has a really nice rooftop!

So far, we are enjoying our stay at Bell Shady. The community manager, Brandon was welcoming and very easy to talk to. The amenities are superb. I was able to use the business center even at the middle of the night which is very convenient especially if you do not have a computer/printer in your unit.

Loved the community, the customer service and attentiveness was outstanding!!! Brandon made this mover effortless and accommodating!! He answered all of my questions and responded quickly.

Love the location and amenities. I just wish that access to the parking garage was more convenient for unloading supplies and groceries. Overall I would recommend this place to a friend

As a community member of Bell Shady Grove since September of 2021, I have thoroughly enjoyed the consistency and competence with which management operates the property. The grounds are clean and well maintained, with obvious efforts to address anything requiring repair or cleaning in a timely manner. Management is also highly efficient and courteous with communication. I always feel well informed of anything that may have an impact on my living experience, and office staff create a welcoming environment to discuss questions or concerns. I perform a substantial amount of work-related tasks from home, and have found Bell to be an ideal community for remote tasks. Add competitive rental rates and a centralized location into the mix, and I am very content with my decision to reside here.

My husband and I just recently moved into this complex. Great apartment! Very clean and beautiful. The leasing team is great and made the process very smooth.

Bell Shady Grove is my safe haven and when I’m about or away for any extended period, I feel relieved and content when I am back in my apartment. It’s not a single residence home but a busy and vibrant building bustling with other residents going about their business, Amazon delivery persons and assorted delivery people, landscapers ensuring that our trees and flower beds are pruned and attractive, our maintenance and cleaning staff doing their jobs in an understated yet professional manner, and our stars, the amazing Leasing Office, especially Brandon, who are responsible for ensuring that this massive building is well maintained However, their even bigger job is how smoothly, firmly yet unobtrusively, they juggle their many hats in dealing with a variety of residents and all our vagaries. My hat is off to them. Do I like living here? A resounding YES I do efficient

Every member of the staff is excellent. Our concerns are always addressed in a professional matter. Management always does an excellent job communicating with the residents too

I love it here! The management team is amazing. And I love the small events they put together for the residents, I wish they could open the pool a little later once a week though for adults only!

The move-in process was quite smooth, with everything running efficiently and without any major issues. The leasing office staff has been incredibly helpful, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist have made the transition into my new place a lot easier and stress-free.

I just moved in here, and I love this place is nice, quiet. The management team are really nice and really helped me a lot when I move in. I think this place is the best around Rockville.

I like the kind staff, always available when needed. The amenities are great, I really don’t need to leave the building. Everything is right here.

Having just renewed my lease, I am reminded of why Bell Shady Grove has been an ideal residential environment. Brandon made time to speak with me and handled the renewal process with professionalism. He has always displayed a friendly and approachable demeanor. The front office staff\Management continue to provide a welcoming atmosphere, with an emphasis on communication. The maintenance technicians are highly competent. Herbert exercised precision workmanship servicing the door latch mechanism to my unit. After explaining the procedure, he remained on-site so I had an opportunity to work the mechanism several times and ensure I was satisfied with the adjustment. As a motorcyclist, I am consistently treated with courtesy and respect for my safety when encountering other motorists within the parking structure. I continue to believe Bell offers an excellent value for the money proposition, and a management team that is accessible to address questions or concerns.

With respect to management, I’ve mainly dealt with Dipper and Brandon, and they have been truly considerate, attentive, and friendly, and I feel that the building is very well run. In light of all of this, I think that having management on-site (Dipper, Brandon, etc.) that care and take their role as landlord seriously is the best thing that Bell Shady Grove has to offer, and is what sets it apart from other apartment complexes, and for that reason, I’d highly recommend it.

Its a really lovely community, and everybody seems really happy. It felt strange, when i first moved in, because i wasn't used to random strangers stopping and helping. The gym is great, the lounge is awesome and the rooftop is gorgeous. The only issue is the distance i have to walk just to leave the building or return to my apartment. Otherwise, i have 0 complaints

Just moved in this week and so far we really like it. The tour and application process went great; Dipper is great! Everything is really nice and the apartment is surprisingly quiet, much more than other places we’ve lived. Nice amenities, garage parking and across the street from Dunkin!

apartment is absolutely beautiful Dipper was a pleasure to work with. The move in was seamless. Makes for a comfortable home away from home.

Apartments are nice and fitted with modern appliances. The building is kept clean including common areas and amenities. A great place to live overall. Two down sides though. The system for trash disposal is a bit of a free for all and people tend to not pay attention/speed in the parking garage .

Love my experience at Bell Shady! I have done so many events here and will continue doing events. The amenities are awesome for that. I love being able to have some space to relax in the rooftop and the lounges. The staff is always super friendly, shout out to Brandon who has been our go to person for everything. The foodtrucks are cool and so are the other community activities hosted. Luxury feel with the feeling of home.

I love it here. The staff and community are awesome. There’s always something to for us to do. I love how the food trucks come from time to time. It gives me a break from cooking.

It’s been very peaceful. The staff is amazing, they respond to your needs promptly. The property inside and outside is always clean. The cleaning staff makes sure all social areas are clean and presentable at all times.

Great place to live, very clean very quiet. It is also pet friendly which I love, seeing all the green areas to walk you furry friend. The amenities are great too and every week or so there is a special food truck
