Bell Quarry Hill

my boyfriend and i have lived at Bell Quarry Hill since June 2022 and our experience here has been nothing but positive. i’d especially like to give a shout out to our maintenance team, as they are consistently and swiftly on top of things!!! Any issues are addressed and resolved ASAP. James has been so helpful to us throughout our years of living here; we are incredibly grateful.

I have lived at Bell Quarry Hill for a long time and this complex is still amazing. However, with a large freeway being built less than 15 feet from the complex, the amazing views and quiet living are now gone. Instead, we have construction taking place 24/7. I am sad to leave what once was a hidden gem in Austin.

I love my apartment at Bell Quarry in Convict Hill. It’s convenient to shopping and neighbors are friendly.

Maintenance staff is prompt and communicative, our leasing office staff is super friendly and resourceful, and the complex feels like we are staying at a resort! Amazing layouts and super spacious! We love it here.

I have always loved it here. I have been a resident for over 6 years. It is just these past months that I have been unhappy with the noise & dust & no notifications as to what to expect in the future.

Maintenance service is great. Prompt friendly service in all maintenance calls.

Lovely apts and helpful staff! I was very comfortable for the short time i resides there. The only thing missing for me was a pet play area.

A pleasant place to live. Good neighbors (lots of seniors) & management.

The staff went above and beyond to help me feel at ease and know my options prior to renting. Cate and Emily were very patient with me and helped me manage a complicated moving situation.

Love the Bell Quarry Hill team! They are are consistently great! For being such a small team they go above and beyond to meet our needs! During this crazy cold period is no exception, they were constantly keeping us updated and informed! They did so many extras that truly showed us they were the team to lead our community during this nightmare! They worked hard and what seems endlessly to take care of us the residents! Moving has been a breeze with Bell Quarry! Emily is amazing and very responsive to my many questions :) definitely recommend theses guys! The price is right and we have a beautiful home that we love

The office staff made the move in super easy. And the maintenance staff far exceeded my expectations. I love the atmosphere here and the layout of my apartment. Its very functional and beautiful!

Ive lived at Bell Quarry for 7 years. Apartments are nicely appointed, well insulated and grounds are well kept. Support staff is friendly, helpful and customer focused. A great place to live.

Move in day not so great! Unit was dirty! Last thing anyone wants to spend their day doing is cleaning appliances, toilets, tubs and floors when you move in. Its already so exhausting and stressful to be moving and then you walk into a not so clean space. I was really expecting spotless and beautiful when I moved in and nothing less. All I wanted to do was move in and not have to do the job of the make ready team!

Bell Quarry Hill is a beautiful apartment complex. The grounds are very green and clean and the units are well designed. I particularly love my huge balcony, which was what sold me. (I honestly haven't seen other apartments with such large balconies.) The staff and community are also very friendly. Really glad I made the move!

BQH is a lovely community with great amenities, but mostly terrific staff who care about their residents. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail and immediate assistance when requested.

Bell Quarry Apartments is a great place to live. The location is great! It is close to stores and various services. The Staff are great! They are very friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Bell Quarry Hill property management team and leasing consultants are top notch. The floor plans are beautiful inside and out with updated modern appliances, gas stove, huge patios and overall great community.

It is the perfect place to live if you want to be away from the crowded downtown area while being close to it at the same time. The neighbors are very nice and respectful. It is close to everything you need and affordable for the cost of living in Austin.
