We have enjoyed 5 years at this community, we absolutely love Shannon and her staff, Rachel and Heidi are fantastic! As well as everyone else including their maintenance staff and I bet not everyone can say that! They are always extremally helpful and always looking out for the best interest of their residents. The area literally has everything you could want from grocery shopping to restaurants and retail shopping. The community is beautiful and very well kept, awesome pool and bbq area that is excellent and we are looking forward to summer time cookouts with our family. Even the residents are all very friendly, gives you the great feel of being surrounded by good neighbors and the community staff. We highly recommend this particular community but also the surrounding communities up the road!!

We have enjoyed 3 1/2 years here. It offers everything we want in our retired lives, nice pool, clubhouse,weight room , and lots of friendly neighbors. The proximity to the restaurants,shopping, and medical care makes this a great place to live. They have always responded to all of our Maintence needs promptly and the grounds are well kept.
Very satisfied with living at Cortland Presidio East. Excellent customer service with staff and maintenance. Overall a very enjoyable and pleasant place to live.

Im the typical young business woman who has lived in many apartments. I can absolutely say that Cortland Presidio East is the best complex Ive ever lived in. Im able to get amenities, community, and safety, all while having competitive pricing. Location is amazing, couldnt ask for an easier way to get all of the local restaurants and shops. Above all else the management team is really there to support you and not take advantage of you. Checking this place out is absolutely worth your time.
Cortland Presidio East is a fabulous community in which to reside; quiet, friendly, upstanding, comfortable. The amenities are a bonus and the residents are good quality people. Life is good here.

Every staff member that we have interacted with since we've moved in since December 2020 has always been helpful. They are genuinely nice people. You can always stop by the office and ask questions without feeling like you're inconveniencing them. Great job!

My wife and I were in search of an apartment in a decent area and we stumbled upon Cortland Presidio East. We saw pictures and read the reviews and it seemed perfect. And we fell in love when we took the tour and then we finally decided to sign a lease. We liked their guidelines and thought they were fair to keep everything in order... So we thought. Everyone seems to do the opposite here of the rules. Drivers burnout and Rev their engines late at night. They also endanger residents by driving excessively fast, we both have almost been hit. Our neighbors across from us yell and laugh really loud at 11pm and when we complained, the noise officer didn't go until the next day. And they continue to be really noisy late. Our upstairs neighbor constantly stomps late at night and as early as 6am. We've asked them to stop but now they do it more often. Prior moving in we had a pitbull but had to give her away because they're a "restricted breed" here. However our neighbors have 2 pitbulls. The residents here just go against policy and guidelines, and we wanted to stay here because we'd thought it was peaceful. However there's no control here and we'll be moving out when our lease is done.
This community has been great from the start! The management team is always courteous and prompt when responding to any of my needs. Have dealt with Heidi for the most part and she is just AWESOME!!! The amenities are always well kept and clean! Love it here!

My experience with Cortland Presidio East has been very enjoyable. Heidi and Rachael in the office and Mike and Bart in maintenance staff always serve with excellence. I think the Presidio East prices are competitive. The apartment home and grounds are kept very nice. I especially appreciate their willingness to offer less than 12 month lease at a competitive price.

Cortland Presidio East was a great decision when I relocated here to north FTW. I am quite pleased with my apartment and all the amenities! The entire area--breezeways, sidewalks, patios, parking, entrances, etc are all super clean and have great walk-up appeal. The management is great to work with and it's been a wonderful introduction to apartment living after owning a home most of my adult life! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
I have lived at a lot of places and by far this is the best management team that I have ever lived with. I feel safe here. There is everything that you might need within a few minutes here. Cabela's, Krogers, Home Depot, Whataburger, Wendy's, Target, Petco, Great Clips, Movies, ect. I would recommend it.
I'm disappointed in the lack if information given to me prior to moving. I asked about moving my own washer and dryer, I was told yes.but wasn't told I would be responsible for the removal of your washer/dryer, That's a terrible policy and I am upset, if i would've received that info I would've made arrangements with my movers, I wouldn't.be inconvenienced with having a washer and dryer in my kitchen unable to cook...

They dont ever make me feel like a bother when I come to them with questions or concerns. Their maintenance team is incredible as well, and incredibly quick and efficient. I highly recommend living in these apartments!!
Heidi is amazing! Helped me pick my apartment from TN over the phone and answered all of my questions! Even helped work outside of hours for my move in because of travel hiccups. Definitely a great representation of the apartment.
Great place to live as far as staff being friendly however parking needs to be enforced and the inside halls leading into the apartments are dirty with spider webs in the corners.
