Property Ratings at Bell Mooresville West
Beautiful community. The maintenance team goes above and beyond. I do believe the Bell Partners should build a playground for the kids that live here it is EXTREMELY neede, but instead they have two large dog parks which doesn't make any sense. Also the back to back blackouts make this location undesirable. Not to mention the mounds of traffic in the morning and afternoon. There's also a lot of Karen's in the community which make it just that much more Undesirable. I actually do miss when it was just waypointe west apartments, ever since bell partners took over they just raise the rent high to match what's being built around the community, threaten you with emails about garbage fees when trash butler gets too lazy to take your trash that you pay monthly for. After 3 years of living here I am counting down the days until my lease ends so that I can move.

I just started living here and team has been helpful. They had an event two Saturdays ago and it was a hit. The team talk to us about the upcoming events and improvements of the property. Yes, people have dogs and don't clean up at times but that is not the office fault. The whole team is a dream team!!

Don't walk in the grass, animal droppings every where and the pet urine is killing the grass around the building. Stairwells and stairs are covered with dead bugs up against the exterior walls. The platforms are never cleaned and has leaking trash stains all down the steps. This past weekend the stairs had half eaten pizza and other food items on the steps. Reported weeks ago and nothing done as of yet. Noise level can be bad at times.
