On the west side of the Clear Fork Trinity River, less than 10 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth, lies the West 7th neighborhood. The area radiates out from the thoroughfare for which it’s named, stopping at West Lancaster Ave. in the south, Monticello in the west, and University Park in the north.
At the center of the West 7th neighborhood you’ll find Montgomery Plaza and Crocket Row, two massive collections of stores and restaurants that are the calling cards for the area. Oyster bars, taco shops, natural grocery stores, and more offer plenty of options to enjoy for a night out. Off of the main thoroughfare there’s a lot of new development going on. High-rise apartments are going up, as are chic modular homes. There are still plenty of quaint bungalows in the area, however, if contemporary isn’t your style.
There’s more to enjoy along the river as well. Trinity Park provides 252 acres to explore, including parks, trails, playgrounds, and a fishing pier.

They do not care about their tenants at all and have no sense of urgency. The AC and heat break down all the time as well as the elevators. The parking lot gate hasn’t worked properly in over a year , cars have been broken into. The police had to be called because of dangerous people coming into the building. I will not be renewing my lease here

Love this place & the people! I had previously worked here & had the choice of continuing to live in the building or leave -and I chose to stay because I love it so much. Not many people realize how tough it can be for a smaller staff to manage such a large property & although things can get hectic at times, especially through construction, the team is truly so hardworking & understanding. Construction is almost a lose-lose situation - you either have to deal with it while it’s happening or have an outdated place. But, it’s been so worth it because the newly renovated building & amenities are AMAZING. Most importantly, I want to give the biggest shoutout to the maintenance manager, Kyle. He knows this property like no other & is always right there to help me when it’s needed. I cannot count on both hands, or even fifteen hands, how many people I’ve heard praise him for how great he is.

Enjoy the location, but the remodel has created bugs and insects within apt. As well as my patio being moved around, the noise, the parking,and breaking my gate. (the construction crew). So yes, wheres the inconvenience package? An extra hundred dollars up on renewal... Wooohoooo

The location of the complex is extremely great - lots to do and lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The noise level of my personal apartment is close to none despite being in a busy area and I can't really hear my neighbors through the walls either, which is a plus. The apartment itself is very nice, and the parking garage is great since there is always parking available on my level. The responsiveness of the staff is great. I highly recommend Bell Lancaster!

I loved it there..... till I hated it. When I first moved in, it was a lovely place to live with a great staff. After 6 months in to my lease that opinion changed extremely. The staff became rude, the phones in the office were never answered nor were my calls returned, The stairways, elevators and hallways always had some kinda trash in them, some of the doors that were accessible to the public wouldn’t lock and would rarely be fixed, and the cherry on top of it all... they had a debt collector contact me for a bill they never sent me or called me about after moving out! They are the most unprofessional apartments I’ve ever had to deal with do not live here!!
I love living here!!! I love the social atmosphere, very friendly!! They took care of me especially when my apartment was flooded in February from the snow storm!!

I have no complaints so far with my stay at Bell Lancaster. I love the layout of my home. It really feels like home and is a relief to walk into after a long day at work. The location is perfect and given the kind of places in the neighborhood, it is not noisy at all. I highly recommend.
I love living here the staff is always friendly and they always take care of all of my needs in a timely manner. the community is always clean, i would recommend this place to anyone.
Overall fantastic location, rough parking for residents but plenty in the basement for guests. Elevators don't work sometimes which is annoying.
This is my third year with Bell Lancaster and after all this time, I have never had an issue with management, the property or maintenance. The word I'm looking for is CONSISTENT and that's exactly why I recommend them to everyone and continue to stay at this property. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Bell Lancaster is in a great location with most things being within walking distance. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful during and after the move in process. The complex is quiet if you want to stay in and relax but if you want to experience Fort Worth's nightlife you don't have to go far. David W.

The location is amazing and the building, units, and employees are equally awesome. The apartments are nicely appointed and you can walk to the cultural district and Trinity Trails. My biggest complaint is the Noise. I would recommend getting a top floor unit if you can, and just know that the doors and hallways are loud, as are the streets in this area. Buy earplugs.
This is a nice, well-kept community. The employees are wonderful, the location is top-notch, and the units are nicely designed and appointed. I honestly dont think you can beat it for the price! Downsides- it can be loud and hard to get in touch with office staff. They always get back with you eventually, though.
They worked on my air conditioning system daily until it was fixed.
Bell Lancaster is literally the best place to live in Fort Worth. It's walking distance to everything and in the most lively part of the city. The quality of the apartments and the service of the management team is great. I love living here and it would take a lot for me to move to another apartment conokex. Overall I would recommend this complex to anyone, especially the young adults who enjoy a great night life!

My experience has been great- for the few maintenance issues Ive experienced, the response time has been prompt and all the issues fixed.
The rental staff are great. I recently moved back to the US after several years living overseas. They made time to answer questions and helped ensure my move was smooth.
We enjoy the hassle free lifestyle at Bell Lancaster.
This is will not lie to you! They show you exactly what you will be renting and they answer every question you have. They truly care about their tenants and send their maintenance team right away if there are ever any maintenance requests.
6 minutes ago They did not send my finalized bill to the forwarding address I provided (and they asked for), instead they sent the outstanding balance to collections 10 days after I moved out. RUINED MY CREDIT It is notable that all rental invoices and statements were received via MAIL while I was there. However, for some reason the final statement was sent electronically to only one party. Why ask for a forwarding address if not to send a final statement? Was it just to keep in touch? I don't need a new penpal. I never opted in to paperless statements. Matilda stated, "We always email final statements. That's how we do business." Ok, well, perhaps you should inform renters of this ahead of time. She only emailed me a copy of the statement after I called to find out why I received a letter from a collections agency .... I came in to look at Bell Lancaster to look at a smaller unit that was a studio apartment and Susie took such wonderful care of me and asked me questions to help me find the perfect fit for me! She showed me a super CUTE one bedroom with a GORGEOUS bathroom with a garden tub! I was so impressed and leased on the spot! I absolutely LOVE how pet friendly this complex is! Makes my heart so happy living so close to work at a place that loves pets as much as I do! Thank you everyone at Bell Lancaster for making this move so much easier for me! I love you guys!! xoxo
Bell Lancaster is by far the best community service I have ever had!! Besides Carlo and Kyle being great the office staff, Andrea, Matilda, Gino and Susie is awesome and they have the best house keeper Nina, the building and office always is clean and smells great!!

The Bell Lancaster and White Buffalo apartments were by far the best apartments I have lived in the past 10 years of leasing. From the location was perfect and plenty of activities to do and food/drink options were second to none. The price was very competitive. The staff members always were willing to help, available and friendly. Maintenance was on time and fixed properly. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

I walked in without an appointment and Matilda stopped what she was doing and treated me like I was family. Bell Lancaster is clean, quiet, lots amenities and great price. My apartment is beautiful and well laid out. Bell Lancaster is in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and bars. But its still very quiet community. My first time to live in the city and I feel very safe at Bell Lancaster.

Bell Lancaster is by far the best place I have lived in downtown Fort Worth. My partner and I love being so close to many different establishments within walking distance. Plus with the gate parking and other security implementations, we truly feel safe and secure in this apartment community. There are many different amenities that the apartment has, and I am grateful for the onsite gym. Bell Lancaster staff, maintenance, and management really give you everything you need to feel comfortable during your lease. So much so that I know that I will be definitely leasing for another year. Bell Lancaster is the best apartment Ive ever had the pleasure to be at, its a huge change from what Im used to. All the employees are beyond accamidating, its a pleasure to call Bell Lancaster my home and Im proud to let people know I live there! I highly recommend Bell to anyone who wants to change their outlook on apartment living!
At first I loved living at the Bell Lancaster, but lately things has changed for the worst. Security has gone down, one way street are causing more traffic, guest parking always has been an issues and of coarse the animal droppings all of over the apartment complex which creates a awful smell. I know that it out of your control but its been a problem for the last year. Invest in security cameras and you guys would catch the people who are not cleaning up after their pets.
Great location, and the floor plan and design of the rooms are nice. The office staff has been super helpful and friendly. There were some maintenance issues upon move in, but they were resolved fairly quickly.
Love this apartment, the entire staff and the amenities. Favorite home ever.
The staff is amazing. All my issues and concerns were addressed promptly and in such a caring manner.
