Overall pretty unsatisfied with the community as a whole. From the water at the dog park not working over the summer to no communication about my central air that has been out since August. After my unit was skipped during its routine extensive maintenance was suppose to occur on August 4th.

Bell of Lake Norman has been an amazing experience. Our Leasing staff is very professional and always address any concerns in a very timely fashion. Our maintenance team our very knowledgeable and capable, they are very willing to make sure you are taken care of immediately upon request. Our community grounds are always kept so clean and nice, you can tell that a lot of pride goes into delivering a top notch home to all of our residents. Kudos to all of our staff!!

Pet friendly with many pet poo designated trash bins. High ceiling apartments with large living rooms. Large decks with certain floor plans. Very clean well kept landscaping. Wide parking spots for larger vehicles.

Overall great community. Good service from maint and office. The main issue we had was continued non working hvac system which made our last months living unacceptable causing us to move out early and continuing to pay the lease. Ants are also a major problem it seems even after paid pest control comes each month.
I just moved here after a long search. I looked from Lexington, NC to Newton to Monroe to Rock Hill, SC and these by far were the best deal. I have the smallest apartment they offer and I LOVE it! Dustin in the leasing office is a delight! Nicest person I’ve met in awhile. I’ll check back in after a few months and see if this still stands. But so far so good!
This is a great complex that is kept clean and has many amenities. There is a beautiful salt water pool, outdoor kitchen, weight room, cardio room, an office space for resident use. They also have onsite maintenance and pest control services. The apartments are quiet and we rarely hear anyone else. Plenty of kitchen cabinet space and a pantry. Cable & internet ready. Tons of storage. Washer & Dryer are also available for rent. Private deck space, ceiling fans in each bedroom & living room. There is an Amazon Hub, a covered car wash area, pet wash center, fully equipped outdoor kitchen & lounge, walking trail, storage and garages available are also available. We are thankful everyday to have found a beautiful apartment that is close to everything but also quiet.
Such a beautiful apartment complex! I wake up everyday grateful to live here. The apartment staff is kind and responsive, prices are fair and the apartments themselves are very well maintained. Beautiful running trail behind the apartments, plus a spacious pool and grilling area. Not to mention, residents are very close to the highway, shops and restaurants. While this apartment complex is close to many activities, it also feels very trucked away and quiet. Parking is never an issue and they even have a free car wash. Highly recommend Plantation Pointe!
I lived here for two years and after new management took over everything went downhill. After Century took over weeds consumed the entire property, grass was never cut and helpfulness of the staff decreased significantly. I was told I would be grandfathered in for the valet trash and sure enough I had a valet trash charge every month. In the 2 years I lived here I never missed a rent payment, always paid my utilities in full and on time etc. The day I turned in my keys I was told the check I was writing was the last charges I had with them and barring any damages in my apartment I would receive my full security deposit back. My apartment was spotless and even replaced certain blinds and stove protectors before moving out. When I called weeks later looking for my security deposit the lady was stuttering and scrambling to find an answer for why they took my money without warning, she said she had to look into it and would get back with me. Of course, didn't get a call back and had to call many times again. When I finally got her to email my monthly dues it was a bunch of documents that made no sense with a ton of numbers on them that were prolly forged. Needless to say I will never get my deposit and while the money doesn't matter, you'd think people would be a bit more decent than that. This place discloses information and charges from you and will gouge you even if you are a perfect resident. I don't recommend this place to anybody and if you are looking in Mooresville look into Sorells in Morrison Plantation, same layout as these and a management team who cares about their residents.
I have recommended my apartment complex to many of my close friends. Century Plantation Pointe complex, and staff are fantastic!! The two gyms, salt water pool, grilling area, are always kept very clean. The office staff are very respectable, prompt, and courteous. They are continuously organizing community social events. The grounds are pristine, with beautiful trees, shrubs, and flowers. Living at Century Pointe, has been a great experience, I can't say enough good things about this complex. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! If there was an option to give this apartment complex ZERO stars, I WOULD! This place was great when we signed and moved in, but a new management company has taken over since then. They are AWFUL! Let me just entertain you for a minute with how awful: I don't know what it is about these people, but they are the most UNHELPFUL, UNWILLING, UNPREDICTABLE management company I've ever lived under. Please, I am begging you not to sign your lease here! You will be stuck and miserable! We are stuck until October, and definitely counting down the days. We have already decided on our next residence and are literally just waiting this out.

I have to say that ever since the company Century took over the complex has gone downhill. Rates have increased, they don't include services in your rent payment so you get a surprise when you get your bill. They are tagging on extra amenities that will be required come next renewal. This is my 2nd lease and I will not be extending my lease further. I gave it 2 stars because the complex itself is beautiful and well kept however the company is not. I would recommend going elsewhere. There are a lot of new apartments on the other side of River Highway that do not hold information from their tenants.

Walls are paper thin. Balconies are way to close together. No privacy.
Plantation Pointe Apartments is a great place to live! It's located near downtown Mooresville and every shop you could ever need! The apartments are so new, nice and roomy. The pool area is a great hangout spot and a nice way to meet your neighbors. It also has a great outdoor grilling area, complete with TVs that make for great outdoor football parties!
Staff is friendly, professional and the complex is nice, well kept and quiet.
