Just recently moved in. Camille and Sara were very helpful with my transition with home to apt. Location is great. Close proximity to many shops and restaurants . Quiet community with many professionals living here. I was looking at other apt but decided to live here based on space and features the apt offers. Maintenance has been very quick to respond to anything that needs to be fixed. Maintenance and the leasing office communicate if any vendor hasn’t enter your apt . Maintenance has kept me up to date on a status of something that needs to be fixed ordered. I have no complaints and I really like my apt. I would Recommend living here.

The apartments are terrible and they don't come to fix the issues. Management team does not care at all. But, if you are one day late in giving them the renewal notice, they charge you for extra months.
They never answer the phone! I was interested in applying but had a few questions I wanted answered before doing the application and I literally could NEVER get a live person. They have an automated system that will keep looping and you won’t ever get a return call (even after an actual person texts you and says they will call). Their unprofessionalism set the tone for how it would be if I moved here so I decided not to bother. Bullet dodged!

I have been at Bell Mountain apartments since 2017 and would never give considering moving somewhere else. The grounds are beautiful, the office staff are attentive, the maintenance staff has been able to shorten the wait time between submission mission of a work order and completion of it. The apartments are big, ceilings are high, closets a a blessing. The size of the pantry is reason enough to move here. There isn't a lot of noise, most of the residents are friendly. I feel that this is home.

On my first day of residing here, I saw that the a/c was not cooling. After speaking with a maintenance individual on the grounds, the problem was quickly addressed. I greatly appreciated the quick response.
Non-communicative staff Apartment was at about 75% remodeled when we moved in. Not clean and other problems we have communicated to the front office. Been moved in for a month and have still failed to take action of the issues.
I love the area, the cleanliness around the community. But I am disappointed by the responsibilities shown by the leasing office.
Bell Kennesaw is located in a great location with easy access to major highways and shopping. The community is safe and clean. The staff is friendly, and IF there is a maintenance request the staff is very responsive.
The community is very friendly. The trash took too long to get fixed and was an eye sore and smelled bad for too long. I am overall happy with where I have spent the past years.
Clean, roomy and spacious units and storage. Camille, the Assist Manager is the most awesome. There is new management fir the last 2 months, the manger and new maintenance seem nice. In the getting to know everyone phase now.
With summer on the way, I was so relieved that maintenance took less than 24 hours to come look at my a/c. And even more relieved that it’s been blowing cold air since! Everyone I’ve dealt with on the maintenance team and in the office has been courteous and helpful.
This complex has honestly gone down hill. As a long time resident, it's utterly ridiculous how much the rent has increased but yet, the service and amenities offered do not align with that increase. Certain amenities are "seasonal" and sometimes you're not able to get through to anyone when calling the leasing office. You would think that for the amount charged for rent, you should have A class service with a fully staffed team. That's not the case here.

For 3 of the 6 months I’ve lived here my A/C has not worked, I haven’t had consistent hot water since December, it is now March, all while they try to raise the price of Rent.

Bell Kennesaw Mountain has large apartments, plenty of amenities, friendly neighbors and does not look like an apartment complex because of the trees all around the neighborhood. The buildings here are not made of concrete, they have a much more welcoming atmosphere than other places.

I discovered Bell Kennesaw Mountain because of its great location, and Im so glad I did. The apartment is in good condition, and the closet space is amazing. I love how pet friendly the community is and the professionalism of the staff Ive encountered. I wish the parking situation were more structured, but nothings perfect. Whenever theres been a community issue, such as the front gates not working properly, management has notified residents quickly and provided interim solutions. Picking a place to live is an important, complicated decision, and after my first month here, I feel really good about my choice.

The complex is very clean, very quiet, and very family oriented. The living spaces are large and pretty well up to date with kitchen appliances, washers and dryers, and bathroom fixtures. I chose to rent here because it was the best bargain for all the amenities they offer at the price.

I love living here but the people in charge up front have no urgency to accommodate the people who pay heavily to live here. I simply ask that the gate is closed at all times to the public or fixed ASAP so I feel safe. They ask so much from the people renting but they can not uphold their end of the bargain. Not fair.

The property is well-kept, and the staff is very friendly. They are very responsive, and they follow-up if there is an issue. The upgraded apartments are very spacious, and the appliances are nice. The walls are paper thin, though, so privacy might be an issue. The only real problem might be messy neighbors that leave their trash outside instead of throwing it in the trash compactor. Other than that, this is a great place to live. It's hard to find a decent place in such a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it.

Bell Kennesaw Mountain is an amazing community with a great location. Living here is easy with all the utilities arranged a certain way. Amenities are spectacular. Curb appeal of office is breathtaking. Area is kept very clean and there are always new modifications or just beautifying projects that I look forward to. Avoid, customers are not valued, rent too high for what you get or not get I should say. The security gate is left open, unsafe. Old broken mailboxes that they won't fix.
location-location-location-close to all major roads-stores etc. but remains a quiet, peaceful setting- gated community a big plus for quite and security

The staff at Bells Kennesaw, has been so exceptional. I was going through a lot of personal problems...which caused my rent to back up with late. Hollie had so much patients with us. They even sent me a link to assist with my rent. We got approved, and we were able to renew our lease with a credit balance. The beginning of the year was rough, but the end of the year ended with a blessing.

Great apartment complex! Everything is spread out so it doesn't feel condensed and crowded. Lots of space for walking and getting that exercise in.
