I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The costumer service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and made no effort to assist or provide clear information. It felt as if they didn’t care at all about their costumers. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are many other options with much better service and a more professional attitude.

The best thing this community has is the staff. They are friendly, professional, and polite. Hicela, Jeanette, Jessica, Dayro, Manuel, and including the cleaning staff. They all go out of their way to try their very best in keeping this community clean. Although unfortunately some residence do not help with that. Which is sad. The staff, they are all awesome. They are always doing their best to keep this place clean. It is just that some residents do not help. But the staff, they go out of their way to do so. To keep it as clean as possible and everything running well. They are fast processing and responding to maintenance request also. Not unless there is something beyond their control. Bridges at Kendall Place staff are always amazing. If only some residents will be considerate by been cleaner and less noisy it will be even better.

My experience at Bridges has been great. Finding parking near your unit at late hours is a bit tedious and the interior of the apartments, while kept in good condition, could use some updating. That being said, you can easily disguise it with the proper decor. Other than that, I love my apartment and the management team is awesome, no complaints there!

My experience at Kendall Place has been great! Maintenance is excellent, the perks such as picking up the garbage, I have only needed maintenance twice but both time it has been done within minutes, everyone is friendly and courteous. It is a bit expensive thought, hardly anyone renews their lease

The Bridges is a beautiful, welcoming and safe community. I have lived her the past four years and never lived in an apartment before. It has been a very pleasant surprise living here and being a part of this special community. The Bridges at Kendall Place has been my sole call home for the past two years an a half going into over three with the lease renewal. I love the unit distribution besides its features. I also like the West Kendall Hammocks area in where I have live for the past over 22 years out of the 27 years living in Florida. Although the area has gotten very expensive and making it more difficult for one to afford. It is still one of the most beautiful and good areas of Miami-Dade County. It is not less pricey than Homestead but it is not as expensive as Doral and Coral Gables either. The Bridges at Kendall Place it is one of the most recent constructed leasing communities and also I will consider it one of the most beautiful as well when it comes to the 2/2 units. I like and love all its staff, from the leasing office to the maintenance. They are all very nice, professional, and polite. The leasing office staff has been on of my favorite out all the ones I have dealt with during all these years of leasing. It is a very well maintained community. There is staff ready to resolve any issue that you may have and maintenance is in the apartment within minutes sometimes. You do not get this type of service at a hotel. It is a wonderful place to live.

Lack of Security Systems, the gates usually don't work, lack of rules accomplishment, teenagers always smoking marijuana and having sex in the park after 11pm.
The community it's great and the neighbors too. I really love the unit and its distribution. One of the best things it has it is the office and maintenance staff. They are all the best of the best in doing what they do. They provide an excellent quality customer service. They are caring and professional. Besides they provide immediate assistance as possible. I love them and appreciate them all and may God continue to bless them in all they do. I thank you once again for been who you are. I am proud to call this place home.
