After a bombardment of 20 e-mails and texts over a few days (from two different phone numbers) reminding me of the appointment time, I arrived at the building at appointment time and the leasing office was closed; waited half an hour and left, The "Cal" you will be in contact with over e-mail is an AI bot.

The Bell is an incredibly well managed property - kudos to the entire leasing team for always being responsive and accommodating. The maintenance team are so efficient and are able to fix any issues immediately. I’ve lived at the Bell for nearly 2 years and have never once experienced any issues. All of the floor plans are spacious and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend for anyone moving to the Arlington area!

I love our home here, it is quiet and beautiful. The concierge and maintenance staff are attentive and there is no better value in the area for this secure, safe building.
Living here is such a pleasure (I have lived here 3 years now). The staff is courteous and very approachable. The building is beautiful and very close to the metro. The apartments are outstanding. Great environmental air controls - just set your heating or air-conditioning and thence forget it. There's a dishwasher and stacked washing machine and drier making for harmony (no need to drag your washing to a 'central hub' - no siree). Just a great, and convenient, place to live.

Living at Bell on Courthouse is an entirely different experience of living compared to living in a large apartment complex. There is a wonderful community spirit here. The front desk staff make a real effort to get to know you. The same goes for back-office staff who are always approachable and courteous. The facilities are excellent, particularly the weight training room which is fully equipped with the latest kit. What is remarkable here is the length the staff go to make your move in experience less stressful. One thing that stood out for me is that the wood floors in the apartment are replaced prior to move-in so they look gorgeous, I have since learned that this is not a unique experience; all the wood floors of every apartment are fitted as new prior to moving in.

This property has been amazing. We moved here in July 2020 because we were looking for something that allowed us to live walking distance from restaurants/bar, a close five minute drive to D.C while also living in an neighborhood. This apartment is the best combination of all of those things. It is a five minute walk to the Courthouse/Clarendon city life, a five minute drive to the National Mall, and there is a huge park/running trail right next to the apartment. I love that it is right next to the highway, which allows for a quick drive to the rest of VA. For the price, the apartment is spacious and quality comparted to other apartment buildings. The staff are friendly, they take care of residents packages well and they will fix anything within 24 hours. If they don't significantly raise the price of the place if I renew my lease, I will absolutely live here until I choose to buy.

I have lived in this building for almost 10 years. The changes made since Bell has taken over have been very positive. The management team of John and Bill are always very responsive, friendly and helpful. The community changes to amenities and the way they are managed has also made living at Bell on Courthouse so much better!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would, I have been looking for apartments for the last 6 months and right once I toured bell I knew this was for sure the place I want to call home, throughout the past 2 weeks deciding which floor plan to pick, John was so helpful and accommodating with every question I asked, I never felt pressured or forced to sign quickly. We are very fortunate to finally sign our lease today and make this place our home ??

We recently moved into the apartment in the summer of 2020. We love the unit. It has a modern, open floor plan with large windows that bring in a lot of light. Our two bedroom has plenty of closet space for two people that have large wardrobes. The unit also is soundproof very well as we do not hear our neighbors. We also were very impressed with the staff service and responsiveness. They helped us move-in efficiently by answering all our questions. Obviously, the location in Court House is very convenient and the price of the unit is very competitive to nearby buildings. We are very happy here so far!

Weve only been living here for 2 weeks but we are thrilled - the apartment is beautiful and in a great location & the staff here are amazing. If we need anything taken care of, it is handled quickly and easily. Every tenant weve met so far has told us theyve lived here for years and love it. Bell is an awesome place to live.

My roommate and I moved into Vista about a month ago now. The experience has been fairly positive so far. Parking is expensive, but that is typical for the area. The apartments are beautiful. We have had a few maintenance issues but they have fixed them very fast. The office staff is friendly but you don't see them very much. The concierge staff is fantastic! They have been the most helpful since our move. The building is just off of rt50 so it is a bit of a further walk from the main street area, but only by a block. The location is pretty perfect.
This is a great building that is dog friendly! Floor to ceiling windows in my 2-BR makes my dog incredibly happy. Also, it is well built so you do not hear your neighbors. The pool is excellent. The only complaints are that they need more than two elevators and the HVAC does not spread heating and air conditioning evenly in the unit.
This building is situated in an ideal neighborhood just outside the City limits, close to many different popular bars and restaurants within walking distance. While the neighborhood itself is great (easy walk to metro, food & shops, nightlife) the building's literal location is immediately adjacent to the major road Route 50. Because of that, if you are liable to be bothered by occasional street noise, you might want to carefully consider your units positioning in the complex. Overall the staff, amenities, and easy accessibility to anywhere in the Washington D.C. metro area make Vista on Courthouse a great place to live.
This building is full of young professionals. EVERYONE here is amazingly nice and accommodating. If you have a dog - this is the most dog friendly community I have ever seen. There's even a yappy hour - happy hour you bring your dog to - in the building. The pool is great and the the apartments are so nice. The building is a short walk to the metro in Courthouse. Really just an incredible place!!
First off, Vista on Courthouse is in a great location. It's not sitting in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, but is less than a quarter mile walk, making all the Clarendon-Courthouse metro stations, restaurants, shops and other fun stuff available without any hassle. Plus - it's quieter this way, and you're less likely to have drunkards vomiting in the foyer. Plus, if you have kids, there's a great park nearby, which also has soccer fields and basketball courts for adults that like those kinds of things. There's a paid garage, which is to be expected in Arlington, but there are lots of spaces available. The layouts are great, very spacious with upgraded amenities, and full sized (though stacked) washer dryers. Some of the apartments have views towards DC, so if you can see the teensy tip of the Washington Monument, you'll be able to see the fireworks at the 4th of July. Building amenities like the gym and party room are fairly standard, but well appointed. I'm looking forward to using the theater room at some point, because - theater room. Need I say more? All the staff are great - front desk staff are friendly and good about helping visitors as well as receiving packages. Maintenance staff do a great job and respond super fast. The leasing office is friendly and makes the process easy. I've only lived there a few months, but I think this move was the right one, and the apartment/building that I'm in has a lot to do with that.
