Bell Arlington Ridge

This place had the potential to be a nice place to live but I'll never know. I signed a lease to live here, put a deposit down, and paid all the fees (over $600). Approximately three weeks before my move in date, they informed me that the apartment I was going to move into was no longer available because the person that was currently living there decided to stay. Instead of kicking that person out, even though they had already given notice and I had signed a lease, they let them stay and informed me that there were no other apartments available with the same plan or similar pricing so I requested a refund but it took several back and forth emails with the leasing office and several weeks before I could get all of my money back.

I absolutely love it here! The team is always friendly, the events are outstanding and maintenance is in point. I highly recommend this community.

Toured this property and its gorgeous. I was greeted immediately with a smile as soon as I walked in. I did a self-guided tour, and Amar sat and explained everything to me after, answering all my questions regarding fees and parking. I highly recommend!!

As a car owner, I advise prospective residents to consider their options carefully before committing to this apartment complex. My experience with the parking facilities has been less than satisfactory. Firstly, the garage door is notoriously unreliable and has been out of service for extended periods, notably up to two weeks at a time. Additionally, security is a concern; a neighboring vehicle was stripped of its wheels right next to mine. Moreover, the apartment’s partnership with A1 towing services has been frustrating. Despite paying a monthly parking fee of $80, I was charged a $180 towing fee because I inadvertently failed to display my parking tag overnight. This occurred even though my car’s make, color, license plate, and model are fully registered with the leasing office. In summary, while the apartment may have its merits, car owners might find the parking arrangements and policies inconvenient and expensive.

Community manager Amar is always very attentive to the residents and future residents. Onsite maintenance and cleaning team do an amazing job onsite. Property has gym, club room, pool, etc.

Great community, kept very clean it gives you a very comfortable feeling. The office staff are great very responsive. My family loves the community.

This apartment is a gem. The location is perfect. The staff are so friendly, professional, very helpful. The facility and amenities are great. Smells good all the time and very clean.

The building stinks of weed, elevators are frequently broken and are not fixed promptly. Management treats residents like toddlers and forces them to have fire drills in the middle of the work day.

I love life at Bell Arlington! Our initial tour was fantastic and it felt like home as soon as we walked through the doors. The team is very knowledgeable and always has great energy that is very welcoming. The entire team Lisa, Sydney, Brittney and Behailu are super responsive and so friendly. Maintenance responds very quickly to any service requests needed. The amenities are top notch, the floor plans are spacious, and the building is so peaceful.

I was reticent about apartment living but the Bell Arlington Ridge Team has made my experience extremely pleasant by showing they truly care about the tenants and the complex where we live.

I really enjoy living at Bell Arlington ridge. I just renewed my lease I’ve been here for 6 years and plan to continue to live here for as long as I can. The management is extremely friendly and the maintenance crew is very kind, quickly, and through. I really recommend moving into these apartments as it’s very beautiful and in a great location. There is an amazing club room with a pool table giant tv and beautiful furniture as well as a gorgeous courtyard and pool! This place is one that you would love to bring friends and family to.

Five star move-in process. The office staff was very nice and helpful. Maintenance is very responsive. The building has a nice community feeling and the club room is an added plus. I just relocated to Virginia and living here has made it a lovely experience. I highly recommend Bell Arlington Ridge.

Don’t get an apartment with a tenant upstairs. You will hear every footstep. So very irritating.

I recently sold my home and moved to Bell Arlington Ridge, and am pleasantly surprised at how much Im enjoying apartment living! The location, amenities, management staff, and the overall facilities are wonderful. The management staff is particularly exceptional! They have bent over backwards to help me get acclimated to the property and I so appreciate their efforts! I would certainly recommend this property to others who are looking for convenience and an upscale apartment complex.

I toured the apartments. The tour was led by Kiana. She did a fantastic job of pitching these and I am seriously considering renting based on that tour.

Very pleased with our first maintenance request. The maintenance team is super friendly and polite. They made a point to ask and confirm if our needs were met.

Bell Arlington ridge is a very safe community very clean Close to the highway and amenities are great if you really looking for a place to live its a super place

I recently moved into the Bell Arlington Ridge Apartments. My experience has been one of the best experiences renting in Alexandria and Arlington, Virginia. The management was very helpful and eager to make sure I had the information I needed to make a decision to move into their apartments. I like the convience of being near the main highways and having a shuttle to get to the metro makes life so much easier not having to move my car. My room is exactly what I needed to move in all my furniture and everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for an apartment in Arlington this is the one I would choose.

We lived in Bell Arlington for 2 years, and it was not the best place, its facilities are very good, the common areas are nice, although many times they did not work properly, the gas from the grill ran out on some occasions and we were left with things ready to cook The administration seldom solves these problems for you. If you plan to live in this place you must be prepared for the continuous smell of marijuana, I lived on the 1st floor and the 4th floor and the smell was there all the time, when using the elevator, in the corridors, I have a 4-year-old daughter and many times I had to remove it with my nose covered to prevent it from inhaling the smell, additionally the security is ZERO, anyone can enter through the garage door, 95% of the day it is open, according to the administration they close it when the office closes But it is not like that, they leave it open and you can see anyone using the garage as a public parking lot, additionally from there they can go up to the apartments without control until 5pm they close the office, after that time they can go up with anyone, me many times I had to refuse to open the door, and people responded with rudeness. The doorbell at the entrance never worked, where your apartment and your name appear, so your guests had to call you when they arrived there was no way to communicate from the entrance. To finish, when we moved, when I went to look for my bicycle, I did not find it in the place of the bicycles, it had been stolen and when the administration said, they did not do anything that was not their responsibility, I had to call the Insurance for me help because from the Building there was no response mole. So in short: If you want to live there because it can be a good place, be prepared for the smell of marijuana, to live insecure.

I have lived at Bell Arlington Ridge for just over a month now and really like it. The leasing process was straightforward and easy. The building management team has been lovely to work with and always responds promptly. My apartment itself is a great size with lots of storage, and the location is super convenient being right next to 395. The only major drawback is that the floors are extremely thin. My upstairs neighbor can be quite loud, to the point where I can often understand what he is saying word for word, and is heavy footed. I've alerted management, but there is not much that can be done since it's primarily a building flaw. Overall I'm happy I chose to live here, but I'll definitely be switching to a higher floor once my current lease is up.

I've only been a resident for week; it's been a great experience and the staff is exceptional.

I moved in a little over 1 month ago, and so far I am enjoying living here overall. The apartment is the perfect size for me. It has all of the features that I need, especially the in-unit washer & dryer. My unit faces 395 and is very well-lit with natural lighting. I was initially worried that noise from 395 would be an issue, but noise has not been much of an issue for me here. You can hear cars driving by, but it is not loud since my windows have double panels. There is underground reserved parking, which is very convenient since theres no street parking (none that Ive seen at least). In terms of location, this place is basically right on 395, and about 10 mins from 66, so the location is great if you commute. They have optional lockers for package delivery, which is great for someone that gets lots of packages delivered. Theres a gym, but I have not stepped foot in there since I moved in due to covid. The only concern that Ive had since I move in is with masks. Largely, tenants do not wear masks as they walk through the public spaces of the building (hallways, elevators, stairwells, lobby, mailboxes, gym etc). This is a great cause for concern as covid is showing no signs of slowing down. Masks are enforced in the leasing office, but are not enforced anywhere else. I understand that mask enforcement is probably a touchy subject, but I wish there was more that management could do to encourage masks being worn throughout the building. Even if they sent out a weekly reminder email, that would be appreciated. It seems like Im living amongst a community of covid-deniers or anti-maskers, which is maddening. When I visited the property, I dont recall seeing anyone without a mask. Im not sure what changed within the week or so between my visit and my move-in.

Living at bell Arlington ridge has been nice. The leasing staff are great and management is very responsive. The maintenance team is great and so nice. It is quite pricey to live here so my only complaint would be that on top of rent, a lot of other charges are added.

I honestly love living here. The community is very dog friendly and everyone here is nice.

I've complained via email about loud neighbors (above and next door) several times but they are still loud. I've had packages stolen when left by carriers unattended in the building's lobby. I've had my car vandalized (some one stole a wheel off of it) when the building's garage door was broken; poor security.

I would suggest looking elsewhere. For the amount you pay in base rent plus parking, trash, and utilities, you could have a better apartment close by. The walls and ceiling are very thin, and when your neighbors are stomping/yelling/having parties you can hear it ALL. Management states there is nothing they can do, so you just have to live with it. The garage is down randomly, the fire alarm goes off quarterly in the middle of the night, and there's barely any guest parking (which you have to pay for). It's just not worth the money. Maintenance and cleaning staff are great though.

I love this community and the staff. They are friendly, kind, and attentive. I have recommended this property to many.

Its not bad.. but its really expensive.. so I feel that for the money Im spending to live here, the air conditioner and the heat should not break on an annual basis
