If you like your home clean, quiet and no drama, you will enjoy Bedford Place. I love the single floor living, step-in shower, and attached garage. Maintenance has always responded to my requests although small, and our manager wears many hats and still remains chill. Karen E

Excellent apartment. It’s in a very clean, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. Like many apartments, we did have some minor inconveniences here and there but have always been addressed by our PM Myndi promptly. Small, quiet community, two minutes from supermarket, home improvement store, banks and shopping. Like new interiors with great layouts!

I’ve lived here for a year and just renewed for a second. The units are spacious with great layouts. Maintenance team is incredibly responsive and very professional. We are close to everything with easy access to the highway but we are far enough off the road for it to be very quiet. We’re also surrounded by wetlands and I’ve seen deer, and Turkey from my patio. Highly recommend.

We like the clean, quiet and friendliness of this community. We have been here a little over a year and are so happy we chose this place. Everyone is so nice and friendly, and its nice relaxing by the pool. My main goal was a place that felt safe, and this is the place.

This place is excellent because of the quietness in the midst of a bustling city. The new Manager Myndie is a rarity when it come to property management. She really cares and is always working to improve Beford Place. Marika D

Lovely quiet neighborhood. Condos are in great shape. Great stores and restaurants nearby. I haven’t talked to the new manager but everybody else says she’s great! My only qualm is that the $200 rent increase seems to only be because Of the changeover in management, seeing as no new amenities or upgrades have been added. This rent increase has also priced out some tenants that lived here for 5+ years. Other than that, I love living here.

My husband and I are attracted to the lovely, quiet environment as well as the elegant, cozy homes at Bedford Blacklick. But we certainly needed information, tours and choices. We met Myndie, the manager, quickly after I left a phone message. She is a pleasure to work with. She has the answer to every question, has taken time to show us all we might be interested in, has a personality that is easy to work with, is very effective and efficient. She is absolutely an asset for the property owners and extremely helpful to the customers. Her help and responsible follow up have sealed the deal for us!

New management - came in a raised rent over 12% at renewal Nothing new being done to the property - no new upgrades to the condos. For these prices, I would recommend somewhere newer, probably cheaper

We want to take a moment to let you know that since purchasing the community, our team has worked very hard to bring positive changes to Bedford Place. The community now has a formal resident activities and engagement program that accounts for 1-2 hosted events monthly. Most recently, we held a New Year’s Happy Hour and in December we provided “Breakfast on the Go” at the entrance to the community. We would love to see you at future events so that we can get to know you better and show you how committed we are to enhancing the community here. We have several exciting events and improvements to the community experience coming in 2023 and would love the opportunity to speak with you personally and share more about our progress and plans for the future.
