About Beachwood Village Apartments
Beachwood Village is a straight 3 miles down to the beach, and 2.75 up Magnolia to the 405 freeway. We are located directly across the street from the Home Depot, Subway, Taco Bell/Pizza Hut, Sushi Top Japanese Restaurant, Fitzgerald's Bar, Basilico's Italian Restaurant, Casa Jimenez Restaurant, Tio Flaco Tacos, and Clifton Dance Studios, Via Hair Salon and many other conveniently located shops. Savers is across the way as well in the Chase bank parking lot across the street from the gas station and the bus stops are just outside on Magnolia and at Garfield which makes it extremely quick to catch a ride to downtown Huntington Beach in just minutes. Beachwood pays for all water, trash service, sewer and gardener. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Unit is all electric. Time Warner Cable services Beachwood. Verizon is available but no FIOS here on property. Tenant can get satellite dish if facing south side of the property. Satellite dish is a $500 deposit with proof of property insurance. Very friendly environment. A warm community of people. Need a copy made or fax sent? Come on in to the office - we'll fax it or copy it. This community boasts pine trees and tropical foliage. Take a walk and you may hear the sounds of a crisp waterfall, an expression of nature at Beachwood Village. We have 4 gas barbecues, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, foosball table ,soda machine, commerical work out equipment - 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and a body solid gym. We also have a pool table. Our laundry rooms are available 24 hours and there is one on both sides of the property. Washers and dryers take quarters - $1.50 was and $1.25 dry. Talbert Middle School. . ."Talbert Thunderbirds" just next door - A wonderful Middle School! .4 miles an 8 minute walk Newland Elementary School. . ."Newland Dolphins" is a 14 minute walk, just .7 miles. Our high school students go to Edison (Go Chargers!) and Huntington High School (Go Oilers!). We love animals; however, doggies don't live here - just kitties. No pet rent. $300 deposit for cats.
