The Superior Housing Authority(SHA) serves eligible families and individuals by operating and managing quality, safe and affordable housing, and connecting those in need with community services that help achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency. The Superior Housing Authority (SHA) has converted some of its SHA properties from the Public Housing program to Project Based Rental Assistance under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. These include 1–4-bedroom apartments. Households must be qualified and income eligible. Please call or visit our website for income limits. Catlin, LLC and Bayview, LLC will have undergone full renovations which include: • Flooring • Water Heaters • Windows • Doors • Washer/Dryer Hookups • Cabinetry • Kitchen appliances • Furnaces • New Community room at Bayview, LLC If you are interested in those programs, you must apply separately. Applications may be picked up at the Administration Office, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. OR at any time from the application kiosk located outside of the administration building located at 1219 N. 8th St., Superior, WI 54880. You can also print an application from our website and we can mail or email you an application. Completed applications may be returned at the office, the overnight drop box located out front of the Administration building, through the mail, email or faxed. Please contact the office if you need an alternate form of application.
