Amazing place, great people, I'm vary thankful for the lady in the office called Saundra she really helped me every step she was super nice and sweet. I definitely picked the right place and I will recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment. Thank you so much for all you did. Thanks Saundra and Cassie

The day I moved in I seen a roach crawling on the wall , they came to spray but after they did Came that one time.. eventually it started get bad, I have a 4 month old baby they crawl on my babies bassinet n they are all over things. There in my daughters car seat .. all I could do is look at my and cry because she shouldn’t have deal with bugs in her bassinet..I came and to the office ask for help all the time. I’m not happy here at all this has become really stressful for me and my little family. I would stay somewhere like this.

I've seen many reviews of pest/maintenance problems. I don't have those issues as much. The walls are thin, you can hear neighbors, windows leak air and siding/roofing is constantly coming off the buildings with the wind. My major Issue is the outside is TRASHED. What's the point of the ponds of their constantly filled with waste? Seeing the place left as destroyed as it is is really upsetting. I've never once seen any professional crew cleaning outside, only me and occasionally other neighbors.

Lots of things to do around. Close to most things. I applied and moved in quickly. Unit was not ready on move in-date, when stated that it was move in ready. The person who was helping with move in documents was on FaceTime with his girlfriend the entire time. They had to get call emergency maintenance to get it ready to be moved into that day. Moved in later that day. The apartment smelled very musty, toilet was broke off the hinges, blinds were tore down from top, alot of things were very dirty upon move in, trash everywhere outside, appliances/ cabinets out of date, geese poop everywhere outside, the GEESE chase my dogs everywhere making it hard to take them out to use the bathroom, laundry is only open 10a-5p making it hard for those who work. Definitely livable, but way overpriced for what you get.

I've never seen more rude staff in my life, every time I call for a maintenance request the woman who answer me tells me it's OK to live without it, and then I have to wait for at least 10 days to get the thing fixed.

Do not move here it’s a nightmare everything about these apartments is so old feels so dirty and neighbors are so rude weed smell in my apartment when I first moved in trash all over the complex they don’t care just trifling

Management doesn’t have time to speak to you. My car has been broke into. My truck has been hit twice. I have mold in my apartment and I live in the newly built apartments. Not a safe apartment for KIDS and they don’t care either

Amazing location in Hilliard. The townhouses are spacious and updated. The management office is always helpful and kind.

The front townhomes are a great size. Easy accesse to shops and grocery stores. Neighbors are really nice and Jenny is awesome!

Friendly staff. Clean areas. Completely recommend to a friend

The good things are Hilliard school district and the features. The bad things are they don’t care about taking care of the apartment complex only the ones upfront that look new. There’s very poor landscaping, cockroaches infestations, and things keep falling apart when you first move in. Maintenance take a long time to fix things and sometimes do it sloppy or don’t fix or replace at all. You pay a lot of money for poor quality care and living.

Loud neighbors upstairs They do not control there kids all you hear is bouncing balls running around Try to call management and nothing’s ever done

Great place great people most especially one lady called Cathy she was very supportive she really helped me every step of the way she was super nice and was there each time I need her sweet place their rooms are big and very spacious I will recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment

Rental office is terrible to work with. Close earlier then posted, they’re very rude. You’ll have roaches within the first week you live here. The neighbors are ridiculous and forget about anything being fixed. We waited 2 months for a stove to be fixed and they kept saying it was on order, just to bring us a whole different old dirty stove that you could tell came from another unit. Maintenance also comes in and out as they please. Really expected more for what we pay. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone.
