Hard to get in touch with leasing agents in the office. Communication is not great. Have had to figure things out on my own. It seems like once you’re in, you’re lost in the community. Application fee contains convenience fee which was not explained to me and came as a surprise after the fact.
Have lived here before and decided to come back. Excellent location, and great place to live. Office is very prompt and responsive to inquiries and requests.

Absolute miserable experience all around. I have no words for how terrible working with this apartment complex was - my mother couldn't believe it either. Staff is unhelpful. No one answers the phone. Don't apply either - it's all third-party companies that have no idea who you are and no idea who the staff at the complex is. Super odd experience and the manager was pretty rude and unwilling to help us.

This place is pretty awesome. I love my apartment. Haven't had any maintenance issues in the year I've been here. Neighbors are pretty friendly. I haven't had any issues with unruly loud neighbors. The people in the leasing office are the best!! Anytime I've spoken to them they are so friendly and welcoming. I haven't had any issues living here. at all.

Staff is every efficient and help with any maintenance in a timely manner! This complex also offers valet trash so all you have to do is put your trash in the designated trash bin they provide and simply put it outside of your door. This is one of the many perks of living here!

I love my little apartment community. It's nice and quiet. The neighbors are friendly when I see them. I honestly haven't had any issues since I moved in 7 months ago. I can't wait for the weather to get warmer and they open the pool.

The leasing managers are incredible and SO helpful! Super clean and quiet complex, our apartment (standard/not renovated) is very homey and beautiful without looking outdated at all. Everyone I've met so far is personable and friendly. And my cats love the floor to ceiling windows :)

I have lived at Bayshore landing for 16 years and love it. They have always been prompt with service requests. The neighbors are all very nice. The area is pretty safe. I have never had any trouble. The only thing i wish was that there were more work out machines in the Gym area.
Very clean good areas around complex for dogs and welcoming staff. The layout provides a spacious area to set up a nice living room. And the community is quiet!

The community is fantastic and the apartment is clean and comfortable! However, the managing company is not good at all. Their online payment portal is so confusing that even management cannot explain why our bill comes to the balance it does each month. The corporate headquarters are clearly not interested in the residential experience. We were notified on the day before Christmas Eve that we owed several hundred dollars in backed fees that the corporate headquarters admitted they neglected to charge to our account each month. There was no effort made to justify the timing or offer reprieve from the payment, despite our efforts to ask for some grace for the holidays. They admitted to the mistake, but we had to deal with the consequences. If you are looking for humanity and consistency, don’t live here!

So far so good. So far living here has been great. It's a nice quiet community, the neighbors have all been very nice. The ladies at the leasing office are so sweet. They have monthly community events which is awesome. They recently renovated the gym. I can't wait till summer so I can go swimming.

Bayshore landing will send maintenance workers into your home without any notice whatsoever, in direct violation of their own lease terms, and then be surprised that you are upset when there is a mess left all over your home.

So far it’s been absolutely fantastic. The building is clean, the property is clean, and the unit is spotless. After checking out multiple places in Annapolis, I can say this is one of the better cheap options!

The community is very quiet. It’s hard for parking late at night unless you pay to park. But otherwise it’s nice and quiet. And we even have a gym and pool!

Well kept apartment complex, in a peaceful neighborhood. Maintenance issues promptly addressed. Apartments near to downtown annapolis which makes it perfect for the explorer.

Leasing office was very helpful in all aspects of the move and rooms are larger and have walk-in closets with a lot of storage! 10 out of 10

Been here 3 years and have no real complaints. Great maintenance staff with good response time. Nice pool. Visitors parking very convenient when you have a guest over. Safe neighborhood.

It’s been nice living here. The whole staff is friendly and helpful whenever there’s an issue or even seeing the staff in passing everyone says hi to eachother it’s great!
