I’ve just moved into my new apartment, and I’m so happy with my experience so far! The community is quiet and clean. Though there is something needs to be fixed after we moved in, the maintenance team responded quickly. The layout is spacious with plenty of natural light, and the appliances work perfectly. Parking is easy and convenient, and the surrounding area feels very safe. I also love how close it is to grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials — super convenient for my daily routine. The leasing office has been amazing as well. They respond quickly, answer all my questions, and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m really impressed. It already feels like home, and I’m looking forward to living here. Highly recommend!

I haven't had many issues living here personally, trash is valet which is nice. Any maintenance issues I have are resolved quickly and effectively. Amenities are kind of slim (Gym has equipment but some broken, Dog run not extremely maintained, Community Grill almost never has propane, Car Vacuum station hose is broken.) I will say parking is a nightmare, especially in the summer, and there are no cameras in the parking lot. Overall not a bad place to live, a little on the pricier side.

Great place to live!! Close to everything you need. Grocery stores, schools, doc doctor's offices, gas stations, Pharmacy, all within 5 miles. Great access to Trails and parts. They have their own trail in the neighborhood with a gazebo and a fire pit and a grill.

Apartment was exactly as described and only minor problems that maintenance fixed very quickly. the rental process was a bit confusing but over all the leasing office is very nice and seems like a great place to live. just wish they had some visitor spots in the back.

Hard to get in touch with leasing agents in the office. Communication is not great. Have had to figure things out on my own. It seems like once you’re in, you’re lost in the community. Application fee contains convenience fee which was not explained to me and came as a surprise after the fact.

Absolute miserable experience all around. I have no words for how terrible working with this apartment complex was - my mother couldn't believe it either. Staff is unhelpful. No one answers the phone. Don't apply either - it's all third-party companies that have no idea who you are and no idea who the staff at the complex is. Super odd experience and the manager was pretty rude and unwilling to help us.

This place is pretty awesome. I love my apartment. Haven't had any maintenance issues in the year I've been here. Neighbors are pretty friendly. I haven't had any issues with unruly loud neighbors. The people in the leasing office are the best!! Anytime I've spoken to them they are so friendly and welcoming. I haven't had any issues living here. at all.

Staff is every efficient and help with any maintenance in a timely manner! This complex also offers valet trash so all you have to do is put your trash in the designated trash bin they provide and simply put it outside of your door. This is one of the many perks of living here!

The leasing managers are incredible and SO helpful! Super clean and quiet complex, our apartment (standard/not renovated) is very homey and beautiful without looking outdated at all. Everyone I've met so far is personable and friendly. And my cats love the floor to ceiling windows :)

I have lived at Bayshore landing for 16 years and love it. They have always been prompt with service requests. The neighbors are all very nice. The area is pretty safe. I have never had any trouble. The only thing i wish was that there were more work out machines in the Gym area.
Very clean good areas around complex for dogs and welcoming staff. The layout provides a spacious area to set up a nice living room. And the community is quiet!

The community is fantastic and the apartment is clean and comfortable! However, the managing company is not good at all. Their online payment portal is so confusing that even management cannot explain why our bill comes to the balance it does each month. The corporate headquarters are clearly not interested in the residential experience. We were notified on the day before Christmas Eve that we owed several hundred dollars in backed fees that the corporate headquarters admitted they neglected to charge to our account each month. There was no effort made to justify the timing or offer reprieve from the payment, despite our efforts to ask for some grace for the holidays. They admitted to the mistake, but we had to deal with the consequences. If you are looking for humanity and consistency, don’t live here!

Been living here for many years. I enjoy the property and the staff. Parking and cleanliness can be an issue at times. But overall I think it is a great place to live.

The community events are adorable and the staff is all awesome. Been here for years and I wouldn’t leave until I buy a home, it’s quiet and well lit.

So far so good. So far living here has been great. It's a nice quiet community, the neighbors have all been very nice. The ladies at the leasing office are so sweet. They have monthly community events which is awesome. They recently renovated the gym. I can't wait till summer so I can go swimming.
