For one since I've moved in management has changed 4 times and that's in a year! Had mold in my apartment and they argued with me saying it wasn't just mildew! Overrun by college students who throw trash everywhere! not worth the price at all.

Since the last management company sold this place it’s been downhill. Trash is always overflowing, damages never get fixed, management cycles so often you can’t get to know the staff. There is no professionalism. Nobody answered the phones at the front office. I would have recommended living here last year, now, I’m about to break lease, This place used to be amazing.

I'm so glad I moved to Bayou Reserve. I've been here almost 3 years and have no plans on leaving. One of my favorite amenities is the large dog park. The management staff is always welcoming and professional. Bayou Reserve has a sense of community that I haven't always found in other apartments. They give back every year by hosting a crawfish boil for the residents, as well as bake sales and a garage sale to help Saint Jude and Camp Hope.

I always appreciate the welcome and inviting apartment staff. Every time I step into the leasing office I feel right at home. I am always greeted with a smile and a hello. If anything does under Bayou Reserve staff are always quick to fix the issue. The grass and sidewalks always seem in good condition and well maintained, it's nice to be able to walk outside and admire the scenery. These are hands down the best apartments in the Thibodaux area.

I absolutely cannot say enough about how wonderful this apartment complex is. The management is top notch and always available and extremely helpful if you should need anything. We have never had to wait for hours on maintenance to come out if we needed anything to be seen about in the apartment, which has not happened often as everything is well maintained and in perfect working order. They stay totally on top of pest control and take care of changing your a/c filters like clockwork. The facilities (pool, gym, office, etc.) are immaculate and the grounds are always perfectly manicured. From the day my husband and I stopped by to look at their apartments and even still a year and a half later we have always been treated like family. I make it a point to mention all of these things in particular because we have had experience with apartment complexes that were completely mismanaged so we value what a treasure it is to live in a place like Bayou Reserve. I would gladly and whole-heartedly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area!!

We live in a very nice apartment complex in Thibodaux Louisiana. Management is very helpful and accommodating, the rent is reasonable, complex is well kept. Nice pool, gym and community room. The management is stressed towards security, safety and tenant well being. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe nice well managed apartment community.
