I call this place home. The community is advantageous to family, military, and the elderly. Bayou Landing offers a sense of peacefulness and community gathering. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very attentive to needs of its residents. Ms. Lauren, offers a friendly smile accompanied by extensive help in assisting our needs.
Bayou Landing has been a great experience living here. Management team is great and very friendly along with responsive.

So far so good, homes are lovely but there was a big problem in the beginning since moving in. After talking to the management about this issue it was dealt with promptly. The homes are gorgeous and have a very good open floor plan layout.

Great community. Just wished we had assigned parking. The community stays clean, mowed, and quiet. The dog park needs more things for the animals, but over all it’s a great community.

move in was easy. it’s very convenient being next to the airport and overall it’s not loud at all in the neighborhood. not perfect at all, but what problems there are, they get handled fairly quick

A good place to reside however a little noisy due to the proximity of the airport but one should of already taken that into consideration before moving here. I'm use to it being retired Air Force and living on different bases. A little too close to the coast especially during hurricane season. I think anywhere North of I-10 is a little more safe but so far after 3 years, no qualms.

Never fix anything always something going on here either it’s shootings or cops or more and the weed smell is horrible and they wanna charge more for package pick up lockers which is bull crap we pay enough

Awful apartment complex, apartment was not even near renovated or ready to be move into. It was filthy will poor workmanship. I would not recommend a single person to live here.

I have lived here for almost ten years and the staff has always been great. The new maintance team is well above any maintance we have previously had. The gounds really have improved and look good now. I will be sad to move next year just when things are beginning to look up for our community.

Spacious apartments that are beginning to show some age. My neighbors are quiet and cordial. Im content to spend my elder years near family and friends.

Ashton Park is an Amazing Community. Love it. Very Professional & Friendly People.
I would never recommend anyone to live here and i am embarrassed that I do. I am embarrassed about the garbage at the dumpster and overall sorry appearance of the building, also shutters falling done and never get repaired.
Ashton Park is a beautiful property and the location is close to schools, malls, grocery stores. The apartment layout is very spacious. Overall, I am very happy to be a resident.
People should be and aware of these people doesn't fix anything.There's mildew in my bedroom bathroom and mold in the first bathroom. I have reported this and still nobody been to fix or remove the mold.People should ask questions about theses apartment before moving out here.
For the price of my monthly rent, I could not ask for a better space. I have over 1000 square feet, 2br 2 full bath, washer dryer connections, and a patio with extra storage. Comparable apartments in this area cost 30 to 50 percent more. I would give this home 5 Stars except for a few messy neighbors who leave trash in the parking lot for maintenance to clean up.
