Sorry apartments. We have been without hot water, what will be five days at the earliest when it is fixed. That is not how you were supposed to treat your residents.

Don't be fooled by the photos, the apartments look NOTHING like this. They are old, outdated and flood. There are roaches everywhere. All neighbors are loud and ghetto. They tow your own car and make you pay over 300 dollars to get it back. Not to mentions there is dog poop everywhere and they are constantly shutting the water off.
You’re better off living at one of the neighboring apartments near by. They tow residents constantly. Broken gates. Bug infested, Rat infested. Management is incompetent. A/C works okay, arguably. The whole property is rundown; potholes everywhere, cracked sidewalks, buildings are falling apart, stairs hanging on by nails. They did just get new appliances though, and they work great!
Don’t live here..if you wanna have a peaceful sleep at night. Bugs everywhere,even after pest control comes and spray. What would be only the kitchen and bathroom.

The property itself has amazing amenities at arms length, and the leasing office does everything they can for you (especially Tamica!)No hidden fees or secret bug infestations. Overall the best price point I've seen on the market for sq. Ft./ beautiful layouts.

The maintenance at Windsor Court is good. The management and quality of the apartments are what I have a problem with.
problem was reported on Saturday... They repaired it on the following Monday , I was not home , they did tell me what the problems was , they could have sent me an email what was the issue and how they fixed it. Thanks, Raman

Maintenance service here is great. I turned in the request for service and he was here within 15 minutes. He has always been professional, courteous, and pleasant.
My only concern is parking. I am disabled and would need aspot close to my apt. Leasing agent said it is first come first serve. That is my only thing keeping me from renting
The maintenance guy was great, however we had issues reaching our property managers. The people in the office either left early or never showed up at all because the office was closed and locked when we came by without any posted reason for being so.
The staff are really nice and answer all your questions when it comes renting an apartment. But they need to work on answering phone calls .
We pay for pest control but I have bugs in my apartment. The apts are located in a decent area, but the hwy is loud at night. Loud neighbors, people check the locks on their car often so in the middle of the night you’ll hear the locking “beeps” often. I enjoy having my own space and the area. But the downsides stack a lil higher than the positives for me.
I would recommend apt. Maintenance has been able to repair my concerns so far.

I would recommend this community because of it's amenities, location, and prices. The landscaping is well maintained and maintenance is quick and sufficient with repairs

Cost is reasonable, so I'd recommend it for that reason. However, upgrades are badly needed, especially with the parking lot.

Good prices on the rent, but have issues with my Rentals Insurance. They say is because my insurance expires on the 1st of every month but it doesn?t which they have paper work for and still happens the month after.

This was the worst apartment I've lived in. From day one we had roaches all over the kitchen and they wouldn't do anything to change that. Our AC broke four months into the lease and it was never properly fixed. It wouldn't cool down so it was constantly running, more than doubling our electric bill as a result. We were told it couldn't be set lower than the outside temperature, how does that work in Texas summer? Constant parties around surrounding buildings till 4A.M, The front office was constantly rude and dismissive of our problems and issues. There's nothing positive to be said about this apartment complex.

I do not like the answering service you use, because I like to speak to someone on the property when a problem occurs. But again, they've delivered messages promptly, so it's not a huge deal. The washers and dryers seem to work some days and not other days. Otherwise, I've been very pleased with my move. The grounds are kept nice and the community is pretty quiet.

There are cockroaches everywhere and no matter how many times we go to the office they keep saying they can't spray for cockroaches and they never give us a time that pest control will come by so it's hard to keep my cats out of the apartment. The ladies in the front office are very rude and condescending. They still haven't fixed half of the things I needed them to fix when I moved in 8 months ago. And you have to constantly bother them just to get them to fix anything. I've never had this much trouble with an apartment. And when I asked how much it would be to terminate the lease, I was just told there would be "fees" and nothing else. This is an awful place to live and not anywhere close to being worth what I pay every month. DONT LIVE HERE.
The staff is terrible. They rent to whomever they can. There are drugs, deadbeats and random people searching vehicles all the time. We find bullet casings every where on a daily basis. The staff is rude and condescending. They do not care about you. The maintenance staff includes one person that is a 'handy man' that does basic things. If it doesn't 'REALLY' need to be replaced or a necessity, they will not replace it. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Took three days to fix my AC. Didn't even have a fan or anything to keep my place cool.
