I have already reached out to management and office staff. When my lease came up for renewal I actually walked in the office wanting to renew but needed some reassurance of some ongoing issues needing to be taken care of . The first thing that came out of them was “ you do not have to renew “. So I did not !

The apartment staff NEVER reply when you have an issue unless you go in person. They do not reply to messages through the portal and they don't return calls when a voicemail is left. They will literally avoid answering the phone. This is the worst communication I've ever dealt with. Over a week and a few messages, I still have no reply to the complaint I made of my new neighbors leaving trash everywhere. This time they poured candle wax all over my porch, the stairwell, the walkway and my neighbor's porch. It's disgusting and track s on your shoes into the apartment. I have notified them 4 times in over a week with no reply. This is unacceptable management.

They are bad with maintenance & these apartments has a really bad bug problem from the day i moved in. i can’t wait for my lease to be over. other than that the apartments are nice.

These apartments are in a great location close to the highway and shopping. There is also an awesome shopping center across the street Arlington Highlands. The apartments are quite nice. We lived in a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom. They are well designed, lots of storage space. The pool is nice and the grounds are usually well kept. We liked the office staff and they were always having socials for the residents. They knew us by name and we felt like it was truly a home. The trash dumpster can get out of control a bit during that time of year when people are moving. That's probably my only critique. No apartments are perfect of course, but I do recommend them.
I relocated from New York and was worried about where I would live and upon speaking with the staff here was sure that this is where I wanted to be. I had lived here for 2 years and was always greeted with a smile and kind words from the entire staff and made some friends along the way. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent place to live, all the green areas are clean all the time, they clean the pool everyday and pest control and maintenance regularly as well as good security and quiet place.
I've been living here for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. Staff is AMAZING, it is quite and most importantly I feel safe living here. My only complaint is there aren't enough closets in my apartment but that's where you can get creative and figure out where to place things. I just renewed my lease and have no serious complaints. I feel like everyone is so quick to write a bad review when they are upset but not when they are happy and since I am ALL about reading reviews I thought I would show some appreciation. They do breakfast at the gate once a month, they have dinner for residents once a month, and offer after school snacks for kids once a month as well! Great location, great staff, and great place to live overall! :)

I moved in last year and after few months refrigerator was not cooling enough they will come to fix it but it kept doing the same thing e.g milk is getting spoiled, and food. After like 5 times, I called the Apts office for another refrigerator but I was told that I can not get a new one. I replied the that I didn't ask for new one but a working refrigerator. They eventually brought another one after many spoiled food. Everyone of them are very rude and they charge for everything especially when you are ready to move out. My last day was Thursday, but because I put trash out on that Thursday instead of Friday. The lady said that they will charge for putting my trash out on Thursday l don't know if she expect me to come back on Friday to put the trash out. I have gone there today 7/3/2017, to ask for my 6 months payment print out and l met the ladies talking but one of them said she was in the middle of during something that I will have to come back or she would send it into my email. I asked the other lady if she can do it but she said she can't but mind you, I met them talking to each other one was sitting and the other one was standing. That was around 10am in the morning. She promised to send it into my email but she never did until around 5pm in the evening when I called that I have not received it. This is 5:30pm, she has not sent it yet.

Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to complete work orders in a timely manner. All refrigerators are repaired within a few hours of being reported. If it is not able to be repaired, we will replace it. With regards to trash being left out, it is explained to the residents at the time of move in as well as through numerous notices and updates, that trash days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday before 9am. It is never permitted to leave furniture out, as it is the responsibility of the resident to have it picked up or disposed of elsewhere. Additionally, when a resident has trash on a day other than the designated trash days, there is a large compactor located on the Southeast side of the community for all residents to utilize. We ask that our residents be considerate of their neighbors as well as our staff, and dispose of items properly rather than leaving them outside for someone else to take care of. I apologize that your experience here was less than exceptional. I assure you that we try to make sure that everyone enjoys living here.

Thank you for your comments. I apologize that your experience was less than exceptional. Whenever a refrigerator goes out, it is an emergency. Maintenance will attempt to fix the problem, and if it is not repairable, we will replace it. Additionally, if this issue caused you to have spoiled food, all that I have ever asked is that you bring me your grocery receipt and I will be happy to reimburse you for the items that perished. In regards to setting trash out on non trash days, there is a fee per item left sitting out on non trash days. From the date of move in, we explain to all residents that our trash pick up days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday before 9am. We also ask that you do not set trash out the day or night before and inform all residents of the trash compactor, located on the east side of the property, which is available for you to utilize every day. We do not want our property to look bad due to people leaving their trash out whenever they please. Lastly, I apologize that you did not receive the information you requested regarding your payment history. We try to respond to requests within a reasonable amount of time. Rude staff! Charge you for everything. Received a notice that 100 was charged to my account for pet violation and I don't even have a pet! Manager refuses to remove fee. Kids run around everywhere, sitting on cars , playing in the streets by the cars. I reported to the manager some little kid was trying to break in my house with me being home. She said there's nothing she can do about it. Don't move here I'm warning you.

Thank you for your comments. Residents sign a TAA lease at move in and again at renewal which states in paragraph 27.2 that there is a penalty for unauthorized pests. This is explained to each and every individual who moves here. It is also explained to all pet owners that they are responsible for keeping their pet on a leash, as well as picking up after them. As far as children running around, we notify all residents that children are not permitted to play in the parking lot. We have a playground as well as a courtyard area for all residents to enjoy. Lastly, I am not sure whom you spoke with regarding someone trying to break into your home. Anyone who has something happen like this is told to call 911 immediately. I am happy to assist in any way that I can. If something happens and I am aware of who the person is, I will contact them and take the steps needed to prevent this from happening in the future. I've lived in these apartments now for about 3 months now and it has all together been such a wonderful experience. So this is my first apartment, so it was a new experience for me and I knew very little on how to get started. Amber, one of the office managers were extremely kind and helpful. She stepped me through everything the whole way. When I walked into my apartment for the first time everything was pristine and perfectly clean. Another thing that has been awesome, is the prompt maintenance care for my apartment, my ice maker wasn't working and immediately the next day by the time I got home from work it was fixed. Only one thing is, I can hear every detail outside from inside my apartment, but it is such a quit area I never hear any noises, my neighbors are friendly and considerate. There is also always a parking spot right at the bottom of my stairs so parking is never a hassle. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Clean but the apartments were not very spacious, and were older. But for the rent you did not get alot of space.
I am a single female and have a 7 year old son. I wanted somewhere quiet, safe, and close to everything. Bardin Greene is just that. My neighbors are friendly, but keep to themselves (just as we do - we're very busy). The office staff is friendly and they put on a lot of community get togethers and events. Amenities are ok, but we're not home very often to use them. I've had a couple minor issues that are taken care of promptly. Overall, it's a great community!
Actually the only reason I didn't move here was because there was a bigger apt for a lower price equidistant from my job. The staff was friendly and funny. I liked them a lot. The grounds were nice but I wasn't there when everyone's kids were home so I don't know what the noise level gets to after school and on weekends. The wood floors were beautiful but the only thing I could think of was dog nails clicking on them.
