Property Ratings at Barbizon Apartments
The apartment is great and well-located. All maintenance requests I had were solved fast and professionally. I feel very satisfied with the rent values. However, the sound insulation of my apartment is pretty bad - I can clearly hear what happens on the street / parking lots. That's the only reason this place isn't a 10/10.

It's a good deal for people that want to live alone. I would not recommend for people wanting to live with roommates.

Because the location is absolutely perfect for Vanderbilt Law School students and the maintenance is quick most of time.
The place is nice even though it's an older building. For the price of rent the kitchen is rather small. I found that the strong point is with the service we have from the administrative office and the service people who are quick and helpful.
