I've been living here for five months, and I've loved every minute of it. The community is always clean and well kept, the amenities are very nice and convenient to have. The apartments are modern yet still feels like home; and the staff is always so kind and helpful. I must add, it's nice to have a maintenance crew that helps quickly and efficiently when requested.

Well, I’ve been here a year actually yesterday made it a year and so far this place is amazing. Not looking to move anytime soon. Office staff maintenance staff is amazing. Amenities is amazing all around. Awesome neighborhood.

Wonderful move in experience from the community staff. All questions were answered promptly. The initial tour of the apartment and facility was relaxed and informative. Waiting for my permanent vacation to begin
Place is beautiful, a great location, and the amenities are amazing! The dog park is a little small and not mush in it for our dog to run and around and play with but that’s my only small complaint.
Great experience so far. Grounds well taken care of. Knowledgeable staff. Love the resident activities. Took away a star only because the front gate hasn't worked in a while.

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - they made the touring and move in process less stressful and more enjoyable. The apartments are very nice and still plenty of vacancies. The area is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance is super fast and friendly.

Cheryl has been awesome. Was pretty disappointed because they did not clean the apartment very well. There are paint specs all over my countertop and floors. Not very much attention to detail. When I brought it to her attention, she immediately came over and cleaned the stove and swept when she didn’t have to. I appreciated that.

Banner at Westfield is a mostly clean complex with very friendly staff. Anytime we have had maintenance request, they have come very quickly to help. Residents could be better at picking up after their pets, but that’s not necessarily the leasing office’s fault.

Just moved in so no real comments. Brand new so improvements are hard to spot. Only thing missing currently are grill stations. There should be some close to the pool area and in the back of the complex too.

I love it here at the Banner Apartments. My apartment feels more like a condo with the amazing layout and all the windows. The complex is beautiful, clean and the office staff is friendly and helpful. I love that there is an abundance of parking.

Quite fortunate to move into a brand new unit. It really sucks that there is NO linen closet. Maybe putting a few shelves in the coat closet would suffice. On a different note the place is nice and quiet and clean. Cheryl’s energy is great! Fanatic vibes

I’ve been at this community since the middle of August. I love it. Here was an awesome choice. The property is very clean. Staff is amazing. Maintenance is amazing. Would recommend moving here to anyone. five star community

So far everything is great! I wish we were able to get a second key fob for free instead of having to pay $100. I love the trash services and the gym!

Well kept community, new! The apartments were put up quickly, but have nice features. I feel safe here. Lots of lights in the parking lot when I have to walk at night.

Everybody’s been friendly. They are pretty open to chatting about just moving in and where they moved from. People have been courteous with sound levels and helpful with nearby information with restaurants and other local areas

Banner has been such a warm welcoming experience. This is a very nice place that is truly family and dog friendly. The dog park is spacious enough that our lab can run and play with us or any new friends he meets. We have noticed that phone calls and maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. We love it here.
