Haven't fully moved in but I have been enjoying my time so far. the welcome process has been enjoyable and staff has been friendly and communicative.

Outdoor amenities are awesome- barbecue area and pool are so nice. Love that there is a lot of events and treats for residents. Love my new home

Bancroft Lofts has been a great place to live! Amenities are incredible, specially with summer time coming. Communication about events by the management are really strong to keep us updated about everything.

Lofts in old Mill Building are wonderful. The renovation was very tastefully done. The high ceilings make the modest square footage seem huge. No overcrowding and very polite neighbors. Many wonderful dogs gives a homey, neighborhood feel. Quite reasonable price point considering all the amenities versus other alternatives nearby.

We had a wonderful move in experience with everyone being so friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this community to any of my friends.

I love living here, the staff is great, the building is great, and I can no longer afford to continue living here. The turnover rate is astounding and every time I talk to people moving out it’s because of the rapid increase in rent. In three years my rent has increased 40% and that’s after I’ve done all the negotiating I can.

I lived in this rental for several months and, unfortunately, had a few ongoing issues. The garage door was broken for a long time. I also regularly experienced loud thumping noises from the apartment above, often at night, which made it hard to relax or sleep, While the location is convenient, these unresolved maintenance and noise problems made my stay less enjoyable than I had hope.

Love living here! Do wish that maintenance requests notified you of when to expect someone - I work from home and have meetings. Other than that, very happy!

The Bancroft Lofts and Community are truly excellent—offering a perfect blend of comfort, modern design, and a welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely recommend this place.

Upstairs neighbors constantly noisy, slamming doors and stomping primarily in the evening. Difficult to get down the driveway when there's always someone parked in the no parking zone. People not wearing shoes in the gym.

Some of the most wonderful memories in our lives were made here! A great community with kind residents and awesome people working in management & maintenance.

Everyone is so nice here! In our old building no one would talk to each other, but you can really tell Bancroft Lofts has worked hard to establish a community. We've been pleased by the amenities and how well the appliances work. The mail room is very functional. We did learn the walls a thin so you can hear the neighbors but it hasn't put us off living here. At this time, a 10/10 living experience!

My boyfriend and I have enjoyed the last year and a half here at Bancroft! From the amenities to the community events to the staff that keeps everything running so smoothly. We loved our home here, and we will miss it as we are moving.

I have lived in 7 apartment buildings in the last 4 years due to my job and I have to say that this complex has been the best experience I have had renting in my entire life. Between the maintenance team quickly responding to any request you put in, and the leasing office being there to answer any and all questions you could have, it has been the most pleasant experience I could have asked for. Stephanie and Tyler have helped more times than I can count since I’ve been living here. finding me the perfect apartment to call home, having that warm friendly neighborhood vibe, and assisting me and the other people here with any request or help that we need. Best apartment complex and management team you could ask for hands down.

I love the loft!, it’s amazing. It’s been super quiet living here, everyone is respectful, kind great personalities open to talk or say hi. You absolutely feel safe, Amenities are great, fitness room is just perfect. almost feels like planet fitness. The pond, all the serious parks and ice skating that are around us, just makes its so nice, lots of little farmers markets, parties and fireworks, great restaurants close by.

I have lived here for a year and a half now. This has been by far one of my favorite apartment complexes to live in. For me its the friendliness of the staff, the location, and the amentities.

The only gripe I have is that I wish there were more events to bring the community together. Like one or two events a month. I think this will improve the community as a whole

I have lived in Bancroft for just over a month and my experience with them has vastly exceeded my (already high) expectations. Some highlights: - Leasing staff are friendly and professional - Service requests are attended to in a very timely manner - this saves quite a bit of headache associated with any issues that may arise in the apartment - Communal areas are well-maintained and clean - Gym is well-equipped - Residents are friendly

Great place to live! We moved in late September and have loved it so far. Living in the Lofts side gives you high lofted ceilings and great sunlight. The gym is also a great amenity.

The Bancroft Lofts is home for my boyfriend and I. The staff is exceptional at providing the residents with fun events. The maintenance staff keeps the building in tip top shape. Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. The amenities are an added bonus. The fitness center is top notch!

Just moved here 2 weeks ago. Management is wonderful and made the whole process so easy. Apartment is spotless clean. Everything feels brand new, I can tell maintenance does a great job. It’s super quiet all the time. I love it here.

I've had a fantastic experience at Bancroft Lofts! The office staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and very responsive to questions or requests. Communication is quick and smooth, making everything easy. The maintenance team, especially Ryan and Jose(sorry if I have mistaken names :) ), are excellent – they’re always friendly and efficient and complete any work in no time. It’s such a relief knowing maintenance is so reliable! The common areas here are also a huge perk – the gym and pool are lovely and well-kept. Plus, the apartments themselves are modern and stylish. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!

Building managers are super nice, neighbors are quiet, building is beautiful, located in a nice-looking area, so many stores are so close by like Target, stop&shop, and Walmart.

Love the industrial vibe and design, management is always very responsive and quick to help with any issues! The high ceilings and big windows is my favorite part, I looked at a lot of apartments before moving in and I have no regrets. For the price and in comparison to other similar apartments, it’s unique, clean, and safe. I love it!
