You'll be the first one to live in these newly renovated apartments! Super convenient to tasty take-out, local shopping and services, weekly farmers market, drug store, library, Metro Gold Line, all within several blocks of the building. Also close to the 110. Controlled-access building, laundry machines on-site, off-street parking available across the street for $100/month. Tenant pays electricity, gas, phone, internet, cable (no satellite allowed). First months rent plus security deposit equal to one months rent (or two depending on your credit). One year lease. Application and credit, reference check required all done online using RentSpree.
