I am enjoying living at Elan Research Park. It was the best decision from all the other properties we toured. The grounds are well manicured, the property is peaceful and modern, and the staff is wonderful! After move-in and inspecting all the appliances, I noticed an issue with the garage disposal. It was easy to put in a maintenance request through the resident portal. I noted that I would like a phone call before the maintenance staff entered my apartment. They responded to my request promptly and called before entering. They were professional, courteous, and handled the issue efficiently. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

I would not recommend this complex due to the noisy neighbors, malfunctioning gate system and overall quality of the apartment units for the price. Aesthetically things look nice, but if you examine closer, these units are definitely rushed and cheap. The location is not bad, close to Concord and Harrisburg.

Walls are very thin, I can hear every step made in the apartments above me and music from apartments on both sides of me. Neighbors banging on my floor when I walk quietly around. Gates don’t work the best and speed bumps are awful. Pool has been closed for half of the summer. WiFi is $75 and we have outages constantly. Pickleball court is only open when the office is open. Many things in my apartment have broken and needed to be replaced (ceiling fans, sink, fridge just to name a few). Built very poorly and very cheap yet the price of rent is insane.

I like it’s very quiet here. That was a concern of mine moving. The staff are all wonderful. The fridge noise has been my only issue and that’s minor. Everything else has been simple and I always feel heard. I like how the staff know my name when I show up to ask questions.

We are new to Charlotte/NC, and I can say that our positive experience at Elan has been helpful in easing us into East Cost life. The move in process was easy and staff were friendly and helpful in helping navigate accommodations and changes to our lease as needed. Our one bedroom unit is beautiful, clean, spacious and quiet. I love being minutes away from the on site gym, and a short drive from UNC, the highway and multiple shopping centers. If you’re looking for a quiet, private and friendly community, I would definitely recommend Elan Research Park.

So far it's been awesome living at Elan Research Park! First things first, the neighbors are cool. Everyone's polite, and it's got that friendly vibe that makes it feel like a real community. The leasing staff is top-notch too. Super approachable and always ready to help out. Moving in was a breeze, and any questions or concerns I've had got sorted in no time. The amenities like the pool is absolutely stunning. The dog parks are perfect for my fur baby! It's great to have a spot where she can run around and make friends. As for the apartment itself, it's a winner. The fixtures are nice, and the layout is so well thought out. Great high end appliances and the bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous. All in all, living here has been way better than I expected. If you're on the lookout for a great place to live, then I can’t recommend this place enough!

We have been living at Elan Research Park for about 3 months now and it’s nothing but a great experience. The maintenance crew is always very quick to come and fix any issues. The staff is very kind and caring. The complex is always clean. They are very pet friendly, and I love that every month the staff does fun activities for their tenants. I truly am so glad we chose to live at Elan Research Park!
