Best place to live

I have been here for 4 years. I must say that this has been a very safe clean, comfortable and environment. The office manager Vonnie is so professional and so supportive. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are always kept up at all times.. Whenever you put a work order in they are always on top of things.. Thanks for making my stay here comfortable!

You couldn't pay me to continue living here. FIX MANAGEMENT!

Management is simply incompetent and makes simple common sense issues into something it doesn't have to be. They use their street sense when they should use reasonable thinking in situations that occur outside of policy and are incapable of critical thinking. Having a manager that can diffuse a situation and provide reasonable solutions is so important to resident satisfaction! I've been a resident here and at this point though the apartment is nice...You couldn't pay me to continue living here.

Do not live here

I lived here for three years. After a year as the property became popular there was a lack of customer service. For the price paid for apartments the staff should be better trained. If the property were in Cobb County the service would be better.

Beyond please

My mom and I were the second resident to move In when we moved in they were still building some of the apartments and since the day we moved in we have LOVED living here the staff has been very wonderful and they do an AMAZING JOB with keeping up the property we have rarely call maintenance if we did it was for minor thing like changing a light bulb under the microwave...I love to brag about where I live!!!!

Very pleased!

My roommate, daughter and I moved into Avonlea Tributary in July of 2014 and have been very pleased since. During our time here, we have only had to contact maintenance once, which happened to be after hours. They had someone on call to solve our problem right away. The property is kept very clean, and all of the tenants we have met are extremely friendly. If I had to come up with to areas that could use improvement, the first would be that my roommate has said that her room is adjacent to our neighbors, and she can sometimes hear their TV through the walls. The second would be that the playground could be expanded a bit, as it is more or less a tree house as opposed to a playground. Christina is bad management

This apartment is terrible. Like the other person said Christina is horrible. Ever since Stephanie left have had nothing but problems. I was a paying tenant who was never late or caused problems. They terminated my lease and told me to leave for something I did not do all on the 1st of January. I took them to court and won. Move here if you want to be harassed by management. All they care about is your money. They can care less about you. They will find a way to take your security deposit as well no matter how clean your apartment is. It happened to me and another resident that moved. Like I said I sued them and won and they cannot deny that. How do you feel about living somewhere you have to sue? If that is want you want, move here.

Great Staff and Community

I love the apartment and the staff. It is secluded and it still look brand new after almost 3 years. What stands out about this community, they do quarterly inspections to make sure everything as if brand new. They check sprinklers, electronic doors, light etc. I never stayed in a community that you have to request anything. The community is so quiet, I have to ask are there kids living here. This community is home and I appreciate all the staff and management do to keep the tenants happy. If you want to feel like you at home, take a look at Avonlea Tributary in Lithia Springs which is accessible to the airport, I-20, 285 and 75 as well as to Cumberland Mall, Arbor Place Mall and campcreek pkwy
