The 5-story elevator-served building with enclosed corridors is dedicated for seniors 62 and older. Our property includes a dining/dance room, movie theater, business center, and state-of-the-art fitness center. We also have on-site laundry facilities, which can be used at any time, in the event that the resident is unable to use the washer and dryer input we have available in each apartment. The building is a certified green building by EarthCraft and the units feature brand new ENERGY STAR appliances!
