Our 2 or 3 bedroom apartments have 1, 1 1/2 or 2 baths. The 3 bedroom townhouses have three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and 1/2 bath down stairs. All rental homes have patios or balconies. Each apt or townhome comes with kitchen appliances, including a range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, generous cabinetry and counter space. Our apts. and townhomes are cable TV ready, individual heating, air conditioning and hot water units, triple pane glass and carpet/vinyl throughout. Mini blinds are provided for all windows, allowing you the option of adding valances or draperies of your own choosing. Hi-speed internet is available. Water is included in your rent. Each garage includes a garage door opener and is oversized to allow for storage in the garage. For our family residents with children, we have a fenced in outdoor play-scape. Avon Park was designed as a neighborhood. Each building has 8 apartments, which is more conducive to getting to know your neighbors and feeling a part of the community. The layout of the buildings provides for many “green areas", creating a park like setting. With your professional lifestyle and active recreational needs in mind, we have created the perfect setting.
