A great community with interesting, active and positive people engaged in a number of interesting and varied activities.
After a month at the Avidor I can say I made the right choice. The staff is genuinely helpful and my neighbors are very kind.
People are very nice here and friendly. There are many fun events that take place. The property is well taken care of and clean.
Very happy here. Only negative is I don’t have a storage unit and really would love to have one.

What a GREAT place to live! Beautiful apartment (and dream kitchen!) in a fun 55 ACTIVE community. I'm not ready for assisted living but was looking for a mature community environment, Avidor fits the bill! Super location for a drive to city for events, suburbs for shopping, plus just minutes to the beach. A great place to live for those who embrace their golden years by enjoying every minute!

My mother lives here and I feel good knowing she is making friends and socializing. They have a happy hour every Friday and huge events once a month for the residents and prospects. They even let my mother stay at the guest suite to see if she would like it!! Super happy with the management team and everything!

Living at Avidor has been an extremely positive experience for me.
