This is the best place I’ve ever lived. People are courteous and kind and always ready to help.

A wonderful place to live! We have been here over two years and truly enjoy being here. There are so many events including book club, movie club, rummy cube, cards… definitely a social building with nightly happy hour and guest speakers. The staff is wonderful and the maintenance is top notch!!

Great environment and nice neighbors. Fabulous location near Rte. 9, 30, and 90. Mall across the street and a nice walking trail. Beautiful pool and nice apartments. Excellent and responsive team.

Our experience at Avenu at Natick is very pleasant. It is clean, quiet, and secured.

We like it here, well kept grounds, nice apartments, good range of activities. Barbara and team have done a great job.

All the staff have been very friendly and responsive. That goes for the newest member of the team, Clovis. I think you found a winner there. Donna has been very helpful from the start in many different ways. And Barbara just frets every time I do something the least bit strenuous. I appreciate her concern. The social events and other gatherings have made my introduction to the residents so easy. Everyone is so friendly, and helpful. I haven't found anyone who has been here more than a couple of years who doesn't think moving to Anevu was one of the best decisions thay have ever made.

All staff is very friendly and helpful when asked. Good communication and service when service is needed.

You will not see another Adult Active Community that is as tastefully designed with the needs of older adults in mind. It represents a wonderful transition from your home. Linda W

I moved in to Avenu in 2019. I've met so many wonderful people and have made many new friends!! It has been a great experience for me and I feel very at home here.

Love the facility with amenities, beautiful courtyard with pool, putting green, outdoor space and a very comfortable living situation in the apartment. All issues are handled quickly and staff is amazing. Love the proximity to all Natick has to offer.

Facilities are top notch! Quite a lot of activities to choose from - participation encouraged! Pool is a real plus.

Avenu is an ecellent to spend your retirement years enjoying yourself. I am enjoying myself with activities, new friends and a lovely apartment.

The Manager at Avenu extends herself to perspective tenants with professionalism, courtesy and is focused on navigating to make outcomes positive, friendly, and respectful. The Maintenance Engineer was extremely helpful in making a move-in positive. The amenities and grounds keeping at Avenu are excellent and monitored to tenant satisfaction.

I feel safe here, they had so many activities. I don’t know which one to choose. The staff is very polite and courteous. The grounds kept clean with beautiful flowers. It’s just wonderful living here.

Avenu is a great place to live. We have been here almost a year and have loved it so much that we just moved to a larger apartment. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the building is very well maintained. I strongly recommend living at Avenu, so glad we found it!

Very nice place to live. Everyone’s happy and nice to one another. So many activities to do so that you’re not sitting in your apartment day after day.

It's an active community, most of the time someone to converse with, play game craft or even plan an outside activity. Great accesibility to most of daily life needs.

This is a great place to call home at this time of our lives.

We lived there for about 2 years. Eight months after moving in Greystar bought it. We gave it a year and then moved. The place is only 4 years old but the common areas are so dirty. They only have one custodian. He can't do it all. Inexperienced maintenance team. They can change a lightbulb filter and battery but other than that professionals need to be called in. The appliances are so cheap. A majority of the apartments have had at least one replaced. They can't fix them and they don't call in professionals to fix them. They just order new ones. They say they are an active community. Most activities are run by the residents and not the life style coordinator. The average age is about 85 so the EMT's are there at least once a week and usually more than once. Manager also works at another Greystar property so she is not there every day. Lack of communication. Not worth the rents you have to pay.

My husband and I have been living at Avenu Natick for last Three and half years. We have met many wonderful residents and formed lasting friendship and formed warm caring community.

When I moved here my partner of 17 years had just passed away and I knew almost no one in this area. But immediately after I moved in I found a lot of friendly people and fun events to keep me busy - I don't think I would have found an atmosphere anywhere else like Avenu at Natick.

Lovely to look at. Excellent staff. Poorly built. This supposed to be a 62 complex. 1-apt doors too heavy. 2-window are hard to open & close. 3-kitchen shelves are made for tall people. 4- appliances keep breaking down. This complex is way over priced for what you get. Many apts have gone up $450-$600 from last year forcing many people to have to move out. With the exception of the staff, I don't see what we get for our money.

Great staff, great building and great place to live!

Avenu was a bait and switch for me. Lured me in at reasonable rent and building was sold immediately after I moved in. Now facing impossible huge rent increase. Building is a shell with no substance. No insulation re floors and windows. Water tastes like metal and has destroyed my dishes, stainless silverware, and mixer bowls. Second floor parking area is extremely slippery in cold weather and senior citizen residents are expected to shovel out parking spaces and behind vehicles, all while slipping on ice. And, no place to put snow when shoveled. I was told that it is my own fault because I did not purchase covered parking. I had NO choice as there were no covered spaces available when I moved into building.
