More lighting is needed and with the amount of the rent there should be cameras around. There have been break-ins and theft of cars.
The area is nice and quiet. The staff is friendly and are willing to help you in any way.

So far so good I don’t care for the parking, situation, bugs or the exterior smelling and looking unclean but outside of that it’s quiet and safe feeling community I’ve only been here a couple weeks only time will tell.

The community is doing really well at revamping itself. They are fixing roofs, working on the swimming pool and getting to maintenance request quickly. The staff in the rental office are friendly and quick to respond to request/complaints. There was a food truck Friday which was nice. No complaints other than not getting a mailbox key.

I'm not pleased at all. I would never recommend. Appliances rarely work. Problems never get addressed. Renewal prices are very high. Trying to deal with these issues is a waste of time. especially considering how much it cost to live here.

I've been Living here over a year. Just transferred to another apartment. I love the location and the beautifully maintained apartments. I had to the pleasure of working with Miss Gina and I couldn't be more impressed with her level of customer service. from the beginning she has been attentive, professional, and supportive in the move in process. Gina adds value to the community making sure residents are taken care of. The new management time also is doing a great job making residents feel welcome and cared about. I can honestly say I'm in my forever home. I love it here.

Aventura RTP is under new management as of 1/30/25 and our renewal rates have either remained the same or increased very slightly -- however raising rents during renewal is very common at all communities and helps us keep up with the growing market!

It may not seem like it but I do like my apartment as it is 1st floor with a garage. I do not enjoy the bugs or the compactor situation though. I wish there was a business area in the clubhouse for resident use. The pool, especially lap pool are great assets. Although, the lap pool has been out of commission for months now.
