Been here nearly a year now and can safely say I’ve enjoyed living here significantly more than previous rentals I’ve lived in. Staff is nice and welcoming, any issues I’ve had get fixed quickly and the community is clean.

Living at Aventon Meadows does not feel like just another apartment community, it’s HOME! We’ve never been able to say this about apartment living. The property management team is engaging, friendly, and shows genuine concern for their tenants. They communicate and are also quick to address any issues that arise, in a timely manner. Between the on site food trucks, social/holiday events it is a wonderful place to network and meet new friends. The grounds are beautifully manicured, consistently cared for, and the entire property and amenities area is like a picture out of a magazine. Aventon Meadows is a great community and place to make and call home! We couldn’t be happier!

So far, I am in LOVE with Aventon Meadows, and I'm so excited to get fully moved in and enjoy all the amenities that are available. I love that it's a gated community and that packages are secure. Although I had some difficulty retrieving my first package, but still so far so good.

It’s been great living here. Some of the amenities are lacking though such as the coffee machine being turned off and there being no cups up there resulting having to bring up my own. Additionally the fire pit has been down for a few weeks

Living at AW has been a great experience overall. The community is well maintained, and the management team is responsive and professional. Any Maintenace request are handled in a timely manner which makes a difference when living in an apartment! Management makes sure the community is involved such as in hosting fun activities for families. Zero complaints since I have been a resident.

Really nice neighborhood and the amenities are new and fun. The apartments are also brand new and beautiful. Valet trash and maintenance are on time and do a great job. The only bad thing is the constant dog barking.

Lovely and peaceful, this community is really well organized, with events, great staff and amenities. I just miss a kids playground and maybe a sports court. Gym has excellent equipment, pool is pleasant and safe. I love living here!
