I've had a great experience living in Aventon Meadows community. The Community is clean, quiet and well maintained. The management staff has been nothing short of amazing always super helpful and always there when you need them. The maintenance team is very responsive and handles request quickly and professionally. Aventon Meadows is very involved with their residents with different events and food trucks monthly The overall atmosphere of this community is peaceful and welcoming!

I am particular about the direction of the entry door that I have got it here. The size of the living room and bedrooms is very big. Nice amenities like co-work lounge , gym and swimming pool are very good and clean. There is no restriction with respect to time of the day to access these facilities. Staff is also sophisticated and friendly in nature. I like this community very much.

We just moved in a few weeks ago but so far we have absolutely no complaints. Gino is super easy to work with and extremely welcoming. He made the process very easy. We love the view from our lanai and feel right at home.

GREAT experience! The apartment was clean and ready for me to do my 'thing". Spent energy making it home and it was well worth it! Only been here a week but everyone that I have encountered has been kind. I even had my "Lady" detailed by Royce. Talking about convenience and she's BEAUTIFUL. Royce is now my official car guy. So far so good! Maintenance has been especially helpful with making sure everything is working. Sometimes, delivery drivers have a hard time understanding the mail boxes and package drop off, but in my experience, new builds always have that issue. I really love that there’s a diy doggy spa room and a dog park. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the pool, it’s so nice.

So far it is amazing, it’s very peaceful and relaxing to live here. The gym is really clean and the pool area has a salt water pool which also very clean and nicely taken care of.

I haven’t been here long enough to be able to really judge yet. The staff is great and respectful. The amenities are nice. The gym has nice equipment. I wish there was a sauna though. Would definitely stand out more from other places if there was a sauna and I think would bring more residents.

Everything continues to be absolutely wonderful here. The management team does a fantastic job—always attentive, helpful, and on top of everything. The community remains beautiful and very well-maintained, and I truly enjoy living here. I did want to share one small piece of feedback. While I really appreciate having access to the office space for studying, I sometimes find it hard to concentrate due to noise from the lounge area. It’s not that people are being loud—it’s just that the doors aren’t the type that seal well, so sound travels easily. I completely understand this may not be something that can be changed, but I thought it was worth mentioning. One thing definitely worth celebrating is the Luxer system—it’s now working perfectly! I love that we can access packages even when delivery drivers don’t scan them. That feature is fantastic and makes things much more convenient. I truly love this community. Thank you for all the great work!

Been here nearly a year now and can safely say I’ve enjoyed living here significantly more than previous rentals I’ve lived in. Staff is nice and welcoming, any issues I’ve had get fixed quickly and the community is clean.

Great complex, zero complaints at all. Have had nothing negative to say since I moved in back in October. Friendly staff who remembers you by name, clean facilities, great place.

We just moved in, and we love it! The staff is so thoughtful and friendly, the apartment is beautiful, the amenities are wonderful, and we could not be happier with our choice to move to Aventon Meadows!

Living at Aventon Meadows does not feel like just another apartment community, it’s HOME! We’ve never been able to say this about apartment living. The property management team is engaging, friendly, and shows genuine concern for their tenants. They communicate and are also quick to address any issues that arise, in a timely manner. Between the on site food trucks, social/holiday events it is a wonderful place to network and meet new friends. The grounds are beautifully manicured, consistently cared for, and the entire property and amenities area is like a picture out of a magazine. Aventon Meadows is a great community and place to make and call home! We couldn’t be happier!

Very friendly and helpful staff! The amenities are very nice and never too crowded, and parking is super easy with spots always open. Would recommend this apartment!
