Incredible location with convenient access to shopping, dining, entertainment over at Crown and Rio. A new bus line and transit options to metro. Great building amenities, nothing beats a nice fall night around the fire pit with some cider. Ian as well as everyone else at the front office is super nice and helpful.

My almost two year experience with Aventon Crown is good. I love living here with my husband. The staff here is friendly and always prepared to help. I lived here for 2.5 years and had a great experience. The garage door broke over 10 times over the course of that and I do wish that there were more mirrors in the garage for safety reasons. But other than that the apartment is great.

Amenities need huge upgrades. Gym walls are dirty and equipment is limited. Entertainment lounges lack any working fridge or freezers and no stove tops or ovens to cook.

The community and apartments are amazing. I have lived here for 2.5 years since the building opened. The leasing manager is fantastic, Marisa as well as her staff. They really seem to be on top of things.

Have been living with Aventon community for one and half year. There is not any complaint at all at this time. Infrastructures are good, maintenance team is good, and the only issue is the garage door - every now and then you will receive a notice saying that the garage door needs to be fixed again.

Overall experience had been good the first 20 months we lived here, until new upstair neighbors moved in last fall. They've been stomping heavily day and night, causing lots of noise. Before then, we had never heard people living above us. We've been raising this with the management office for months and nothing's been done. Instead of requesting our neighbors to make improvements, they just came back and ask if we are absolutely sure about the source of the noise. The way they handled this is super disappointing.

We absolutely love living here, comfortable living spaces within our budget. Excellent amenities, convenient access to shops, groceries, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Quick 5-10 minute ride to Metro to get me into DC for work or fun. Super friendly and helpful leasing staff and maintenance that is quick if needed

Been living here for almost a month now and so far so good. The place is always clean and organized. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. The apartments are modern and very nice with large windows. Maintenance has been super responsive for even the smallest thing and all in all I’ve just been having a great time. Ian in the leasing office is always responsive and Don is great as well! Love being so close to downtown crown as well as Rio (I walked there the other day!). Can’t wait to see what it’s like in the summer.

Amazing apartment with great amenities and great maintenance crew. Unfortunately no matter where you go you’ll always have the ones who allow their dog to go to the bathroom in the courtyard and not pick it up or the hallway. Very gorgeous place
