Please read… Me and my husband did two tours at Aventine with Maddy she was amazing. We were told apply so we can lock in our rate. We have never in 7 years missed a single payment for any rental properties. We have the proof and the references. We make pretty good income combined. We were never told anything about a potential extra month worth of extra payment. That was never part of the conversation. We were never told that the Law enforcement incentive that my husband would get had a cap. We were only emailed about the deposit that is required and nothing further. I feel like myself and my husband were mislead or the information was not accurate. If we were told about this potential extra month we wouldn’t have applied. We applied to a different apartment that waived the application fees due to my husbands work and we came back approved no issues. We got approved…. We just have to pay a hidden extra month.. I understand you will probably say it’s not hidden or nothing you guys do is wrong. Because you will always protect the best interest of the property. However, this is how we feel and how nothing was brought to us or emailed to us about a potential extra month. We would want a solution not a generic response.. This property deserves to be a 5 star property but there is some minor stuff that makes it very inconvenient for the potential resident. It will slowly go downhill if this is not looked at. When we first looked at this property it was nearly 5 stars. This is what caught our attention and within a week it’s almost lost a full star.. I lost my application fee and basically my money I worth hard my husband works very hard. My husband and I invested money into the companies stock and now we don’t think it’s such a great idea what else aren’t they disclaiming?

Will was very knowledgeable and professional. He made the leasing/move-in process simple and painless. Also, we had to change our move-in date a couple of times and Will was very patient and accommodating.
I have been at Aventine Littleton a little over a month, and I really enjoy living here. It's quiet, staff is very friendly, and it has just a little touch of feeling I am living in the country away from the city. I searched for a long time finding the right apartment for my husband and me. Aventine couldn't have been a better fit for us - we love it here.
The staff is always attentive in resolving request.

Aventine Littleton is a wonderful place to live. My husband and I sold our house and downsized about 1,000 square feet to live at Aventine Littleton. This will be our permanent home and we really like the area where we live. There are paths for walking and we really enjoy watching everyone walk their family pet. Cheryl V.

We have been at Aventine for about 8 months now. From the first day I visited the property, I knew this place would be a great place to live. The staff is welcoming, and attentive and they appreciate their residents. More importantly, we love our neighbors, and we have a great community of people. The property is just beautiful and inviting. BTW, our pets love it here as well. We highly recommend Aventine Littleton as a place to consider for your luxury apartment living. We love the community of Aventine. We are active runners who chose this apartment primarily for the access to the trail system. We also love having a short commute to work and a beautiful apartment interior to come home to.

We love it here! This is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. I love how spacious it is. From the beautiful appliances, finishes, and huge patio windows, everything is stunning. The gym, clubhouse, and pool area's are always spotless and smell incredible. The team at Aventine has been so incredible and fun throughout our time here! I could not be happier with our 1-bedroom apartment in Building A. The floorplan is perfection; I love the floors (NO CARPET!!!), I love the laundry room, I love the kitchen, I LOVE EVERYTHING!!

We’ve lived here three weeks and love it! The units are modern and spacious and there’s tons of storage. The garages are huge and we’re within walking distance to the highland canal. The move in process was also very easy.

Aventine Little Apartment is a great location with mountain views and lake views. We love the location as it is near shopping, dining, and entertainment. We made a perfect choice. Please we love the idea of being the first to be in a brand-new apartment that allows pets and has plenty of trails and pet-friendly grounds for your pet.
