I have lived at Avasa at 1604 since last May 2023. Venterra Living took over this property in February 2024 and I have had a very positive experience with the new office staff and the housekeeper on multiple occasions. I recently worked very closely with Jennifer (assistant manager) on finding a great home for my daughters who will be joining the family here next week. Jennifer is very prompt in response to emails and takes phone calls (which is kind of unheard of in this industry). I truly appreciate all Jennifer has done to assist me with my many requests. Highly recommend.

One of the biggest issue we had with our previous apartment was issues with maintenance and work orders not being complete. Ascend maintenance team is prompt, friendly, and communicates very well about when they will be out, how they are working to fix the issue, and do great work.

Love the layout of the apartment and plenty of closet space. Nice that my apartment had washer and dryer and trash valet. Area I’m at is convenient and close to all the stores.
For the past year, we have lived in both the apartments and most recently, the casitas at Ascend at 1604 and could not be happier! The ENTIRE office and maintenance staff are AMAZING (have been since day one living here)! The property is beautifully maintained and the monthly resident events are the BEST!

This is absolutely no the worst apartment complex to live at. Staff lacks integrity and is slow to resolve any issues you may have. It has been a complete nightmare living here and have to take legal action with the apartment complex. Do not live here!

We have now lived at Ascend @ 1604 for just over 9 months/recently transferred to a casita and could not be happier!!! We LOVE our new home and any/all minor "new-home" repairs have been addressed by the maintenance staff (Leldon, Yared and Gilbert) within just a couple hours of submitting a request! We continue to be blown away by how wonderful the ENTIRE staff is at Ascend @ 1604 (Alex, Karla, Kaylee, Megan, Leldon, Yared, Gilbert and Lisa) and LOVE "casita life"!!!

I have lived at Ascend @ 1604 for almost 10 months now/just transferred to a casita and LOVE my new home! The option to have my own home (with an AMAZING back yard) is something I never thought I would be able to have within an apartment community! The 6' privacy fencing is fantastic/allows me to enjoy relaxing in my back yard with my family. The property staff continues to be AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Please beware of this apartment! I thought it was very nice and seemed like I made a good choice, then we find out we have a whole building ant infestation. I’m so disappointed in the fact that this is a NEW complex and should not be having this problem. We have been dealing with ants all over our apartment for 2 weeks and they are barley going to start taking it seriously and hired an exterminator to spray the outside of our complex. I hope this gets fixed soon because I do not have 6,000 dollars laying around, which is what it would cost to break my lease.

I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone. 1) They’re cheaply built. 2) The floor plans are very expensive for the sq ft. 3) Office staff is awful, rude, inconsiderate, and lack basic communication skills. (They’ve changed my move-in date three times without any notice.) 4) Vehicles are being broken into. 5) Considering these apartments are newly built, the grounds are not well maintained. 6) No parking after 8 p.m.

I’ve lived here for under a month and live it so far! My apartment is beautiful and new. Little minor things left by construction workers like paint on floors, but nothing that affects the way I feel about my new home.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Trashy complex, we’ve had busted pipes, went through two fridges and they will find any way to not provide you the services you are paying for. If you car doesn’t get broken into, it will get towed.

As the first OFFICIAL residents at Ascend @ 1604 I can honestly say that our new home/property has far exceeded our expectations and was well worth the wait for the completion of construction! The entire office staff have been absolutely amazing and made us feel so special upon our move-in! LOVE our new home and community!!!
