Building infrastructure and appliances are subpar for the rent rates. Management and staff are excellent. Amenities are good.

We just moved in and are so thrilled to be here! Chance and Brie have been absolutely wonderful in assisting us starting with the property tour, signing the lease, and move in. We noticed a leak in with the dishwasher when we moved in, I called and our maintenance guy Adrian, was there within the hour and fixed the issue! They checked in and let us know about the repair and are wonderful with communication. We couldn’t be happier!

Great community conveniently located walking distance from Station Park and Legacy Trail. Beautiful views of the Wasatch mountains, and the staff is very friendly and professional.

We hunted for an apartment in this area for a long time. Avanti was just one of many on our list of possible apartments. We pinned each apartment up against on another, arena style. Slowly wildling the list down. At the end of the day, Avanti just came out on top. And we haven't regretted that decision at all. It's been better than we could have imagined.

Living at Avanti is the perfect mix of urban amenities and small town vibes. It's close to shopping, entertainment, and transportation. It's a short trip to nightlife and the big city. The apartments are high end with luxury finishes and the staff and management is the best.

I love living here. It's clean, it has all the features I need and the grounds are well kept! The office staff is always friendly and helpful and they go OUT OF THEIR way to make tenants happy!

Great staff, competitive pricing. One of the very few apartments complexes in the area with garages. Good ease of access to major highways; very close to dining and shopping. Not perfect but better than average.

I moved into Avanti almost a month ago and what I thought was going to be a stressful process for me and my husband turned into the easiest and smoothest process ever! The staff is amazing and the property is beautiful. 10/10 recommend living here!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Management here cares and listens to you. Maintenance is quick to respond. Trash pick up is super nice! The apartments are a good size:) Quiet self-closing cupboards! The playground is a great size for young children. There are several walking trails nearby and we are walking distance to station park as well as the train so this a really convenient place to live :) There are several parks and a library nearby, and we found great pediatricians, general practitioners, OBGYNs, and dentists all within a 5 to 7 minute commute. We are moving because of my husband's work, but this was a really great place to live

My husband and I have been living in these apartments since mid-2017 and it’s been perfect for us so far. The couple times we’ve needed help with anything the management has been fantastic and easy to work with! The apartments themselves are clean, brand new and modern with open floor plans. Definitely the best apartments we’ve lived in so far!
