Leasing staff are wonderful people who help you when you need the help and this is just a great place to be with it being in proximity to all kind of stores to shop at and the mall being down the street. Avant is very suitable for all families, I feel safe and happy in my community.
So far the move in experience has been a good one. No place is perfect and there comes issues with apartment living, shared spaces, etc but the issues are a problem when the response to fix them is appropriate and I’ve found the team to respond fairly quickly to any issues. That speaks volumes to me. I hope that communication and effort continues

Good Community to live in. Close to Shopping Stores . Clean Environment. Close to interstates.
The pool area is so dirty. The dog park is literally a giant patch of dirt and mud with a small pole sticking out of the ground as if that’s not dangerous. The gym is 90 degrees and smells like weed so bad it’s disgusting. The sides of the buildings are dirty and gross.

The only thing avant at steelecreek has more of than a lack of manners is a lack of manners I can't wait to move they have ruined my home renting experience and I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family about it heck im bald and i will go to the local barbershop just to get my head waxed so I can tell complete strangers about how they took my money and didn't provide the service I paid that money for. Great community but could be better. Went days without a/c during the summer reaching 85-90 degrees inside couldn’t get a team to get it resolved for a whole 2 weeks. When trying to reach someone you cant and getting a response isn’t there still waiting a week later on recent request Put in a maintenance request for no one to come and it was put as completed how is it complete when no one came to do anything. Happened multiple times. Charging extra for renters insurance when I already have my own still no reimbursement

My move-in experience at Avant at Steele Creek was seamless. Julissa and Tika were both friendly and welcoming, making the process easy. Neeka, the property manager, quickly addressed an urgent maintenance issue, which I really appreciated. The apartments are spacious and conveniently located near many amenities. While I’d love to see some upgrades in materials like cabinetry and paint, the price is fair for what’s offered.

I've liked here for awhile now and I love it. It's very convenient to my Doctor's office Emergency Room all kinds of shopping stores grocery included and many different restaurant's. The Staff here is very friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait a long time for maintenance to arrive and complete a job. It takes me fifteen minutes to get to the Airport. I recommend Avant over any other community around.

I've been at Avant for many years now and I tell you I just don't love my apartment but I love the Staff and community. We have great amenities even food truck fridays. Lots of shopping stores medical facilities amusement park, Lake Wylie, Premier Outlet, Airport fifteen minutes away, great schools, and great neighbors. Not to mention it's quiet and dog friendly. You just couldn't ask for a better place to call home.

Avant at Steele Creek has been a pretty good place to stay thus far. Ms.Debbie in the leasing office is a great asset to the leasing team. She made the process smooth and easy because it was very stressful. I like that there’s so much in the area as well.

Nice residential complex, quiet place, near many stores and shopping centers, well-maintained territory. It is necessary to pay a little attention to details and correct small defects inside the apartments. But in general I can recommend this residential complex.

This community was very nice. Keenan assisted me and my partner with a tour. There are many shops within walking distance of the community which is a plus! I believe it’s called river gate

The office staff is extremely rude and talk crap about residents when you call. (I have the recordings that we’re sent to corporate) It constantly smells like weed outside. Outside cockroaches walk around in parking lot. Police are called out there daily at night.

My family and I have been here for almost 5 years from Washington DC and I have no complaints….. Everything we need is right near us and our jobs and church is less than 10- 15 minutes away….

I've been a resident here at Avant since 2018 and I have to say I really love it here. The staff is friendly and helpful the maintenance staff is great I love my apartment it's close to the Airport, shopping , dinning, Emergency room, other medical facilities, schools, Carowinds and other great places. If you're looking for a nice quiet friendly community with great amenities, come try Avant at Steele Creek you'll love it here.
