I’ve been waiting going on 12 days for my ac unit to be repaired. Waiting on a unknown part for unit. No explanation or update has happened regarding my units ac. 9 degree weather passed few days. Also my referral I’ve submitted in Nov has not yet been filled. Has been lost by management and had to file a new form for referral. Very disappointed in the amount of time passed by with no explanation or follow ups given by management.

Beautiful community ?? Maintenance has always been great , respectful and fixes work orders in a timely manner. Wehn it comes to.office ataff avoid talking to Raya , seems like she has a issue with being honest and "forgets" everything you discuss with her. So make sure if you talk to her you have a witness or paper trails.

It's a good price in a relatively good location. I wish there were more chances to get to meet other residents. I see and hear people in the swimming pool often, usually there's someone in the gym, but never anyone in the game room in the main office

I feel very comfortable in the complex, the areas are clean, the gym works well although I think they have stolen some weights, the pool area is nice. I would 100% recommend living here.

Everyone has been very friendly at this complex! Would get a 5 star review but some processes are kind of delayed and complex with getting a lease signed here, and the apartment has some wear and tear (laminate peeling off drawers and cabinets, paint splattered on the floors, rusted mirrors in bathrooms). All in all, the apartment is clean and maintenance is responsive so I’d give this my recommendation!

Pretty quiet community they keep up with the maintenance request get it done Pretty quickly Gym is great but would be better if they get a key fobe system for the doors so people can't just give the door number to anyone and they steal the equipment we need to work out but other then that play pool for free on weekends when I'm off is so awesome friendly staff

I love my apartment life at Avana Soco. The location is near grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. The maintenance personnel are professional and knowledgeable. The swimming pools are beautiful and welcoming. It's a wonderful place to live, in Austin.

Great community; very responsive to requests; overall a good experience. I’ve been living at Avana SoCo since November 2020, have been enjoying my time. Lots of eateries, bars, shopping and cool places to do outdoor activities.

Things have been really great (for the most part) since I became a resident. The amenities are good except people keep taking equipment from the community gym (to whomever did that - not cool!) and it seems that on weekends there are some homeless people choosing to sleep overnight in the garbage bins and they complain about the noise as I walk by. I can live with these things even though they're irritating. The staff is very supportive and all maintenance requests are processed as quickly as possible.

It’s good for what it is.. any problem I ever had the staff or Maintence handle it promptly. I had an issues with my breaker and it cause some food to spoil and the staff was fair in their assessment and acted accordingly very quickly.

Everything is fine. I love the location. I love how peaceful and quiet it is. The apartment is also quiet. I know I have fun neighbors (not in a bad way) because I hear them on the balcony. But I never hear them in the apartment. It’s nice to know I can live comfortably without worrying if I’m disturbing my neighbors and they aren’t disturbing me! I’m very happy I chose Avana for my first apartment in Austin!
