Wehn it comes to.office ataff avoid talking to Raya , seems like she has a issue with being honest and "forgets" everything you discuss with her. So make sure if you talk to her you have a witness or paper trails.

The community is engaging, with plenty of amenities and seasonal activities provided. The staff are responsive and respectful. It is the nicest apartment community I have lived in.

It's a good price in a relatively good location. I wish there were more chances to get to meet other residents. I see and hear people in the swimming pool often, usually there's someone in the gym, but never anyone in the game room in the main office

I have been living at Avana Soco apartments for year and a half and I can honestly say my experience has been very good. Tiffany And Raya have been excellent to work with, they get the job done. Maintenance is very good they get the job done in a timely manner.

I feel very comfortable in the complex, the areas are clean, the gym works well although I think they have stolen some weights, the pool area is nice. I would 100% recommend living here.

Everyone has been very friendly at this complex! Would get a 5 star review but some processes are kind of delayed and complex with getting a lease signed here, and the apartment has some wear and tear (laminate peeling off drawers and cabinets, paint splattered on the floors, rusted mirrors in bathrooms). All in all, the apartment is clean and maintenance is responsive so I’d give this my recommendation!

Pretty quiet community they keep up with the maintenance request get it done Pretty quickly Gym is great but would be better if they get a key fobe system for the doors so people can't just give the door number to anyone and they steal the equipment we need to work out but other then that play pool for free on weekends when I'm off is so awesome friendly staff

I love my apartment life at Avana Soco. The location is near grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. The maintenance personnel are professional and knowledgeable. The swimming pools are beautiful and welcoming. It's a wonderful place to live, in Austin.

Great community; very responsive to requests; overall a good experience. I’ve been living at Avana SoCo since November 2020, have been enjoying my time. Lots of eateries, bars, shopping and cool places to do outdoor activities.

Things have been really great (for the most part) since I became a resident. The amenities are good except people keep taking equipment from the community gym (to whomever did that - not cool!) and it seems that on weekends there are some homeless people choosing to sleep overnight in the garbage bins and they complain about the noise as I walk by. I can live with these things even though they're irritating. The staff is very supportive and all maintenance requests are processed as quickly as possible.

It’s good for what it is.. any problem I ever had the staff or Maintence handle it promptly. I had an issues with my breaker and it cause some food to spoil and the staff was fair in their assessment and acted accordingly very quickly.

Everything is fine. I love the location. I love how peaceful and quiet it is. The apartment is also quiet. I know I have fun neighbors (not in a bad way) because I hear them on the balcony. But I never hear them in the apartment. It’s nice to know I can live comfortably without worrying if I’m disturbing my neighbors and they aren’t disturbing me! I’m very happy I chose Avana for my first apartment in Austin!

Not a great move in experience here and slightly regretting being tied into a lease for 12 months here. Things are falling apart by the day and it seems like it takes a long time for issues to be fixed here.

The pool is open and the gym is working great. It looks like they made some renovations to the dog park, which is nice. Everyone has dogs here it seems like and that’s a good thing

This property is the same as all Greystar properties I've lived in--it's too big for them to manage effectively and properly. The front office folks are polite and seemingly attentive but that doesn't mean anything gets done in a timely or effective manner. I've been here through several rotations of office employees and despite the fact that the newest ones are more empathetic to issues that arise, they're clearly at the bottom of the totem pole from a massive global real estate conglomerate that cares more about owning property than it does about providing a satisfactory living experience for it's tenants.

location is one of the factors that we chose this apartment. If you could try not live in the ground apartment if you don't want to suffer to the heavy footsteps and constant moving of the furniture on the second floor. I'm not sure if the upper floors are carpeted, hence the noise. they are prompt to repairs when it comes to maintenance and cleanliness.
