Angela and Nicholas are amazing! The maintenance staff is quick, but not the friendliest. My assumption is they are trying to keep their distance and just do their job. I had a special request, due to medical reasons and the management staff did an amazing job with agreeing to accommodate me. Once the process is completed, it will be the icing on the cake:).

Avana Red Run is an esthetically pleasing place to live, with flowering plants and foliage in season and lots of greenery year round. The apartment buildings and leasing office are stately, painted in warm colors. I have not made use of all the amenities, but exercise rooms, business computers, dog park are available. I especially like the convenience of the secure package retrieval room. Admin staff are easily approachable, and the maintenance persons are skilled and professional.

Avana Red Run is a quaint and quiet community located in Owings Mills, Maryland, just 40 minutes out from Washington D.C. The residential living spacer is accompanied by beautiful views and spacious walking paths and bike routes. Surrounded by green forests, friendly neighbors and the multitudes of Metro Centers providing any of your daily needs, Avana Run is a great location to live.

Avana Red Run is a stable apartment community. Its maintenance staff is reliable and knowledgeable, and fix problems promptly. The admin staff is always available to answer questions and help. I like the Package Concierge, which the staff maintains to make it easier for residents to retrieve their packages. Neighbors are friendly but quiet.

In almost 25 years living in the Avana Red Run community, I have found a sense of stability and belonging. Buildings are well maintained, apartment maintenance requests are answered promptly and professionally. Generally speaking residents keep to themselves but they respect one another. Some residents with pet dogs who are leashed and controlled during walks. The leasing office persons are friendly and helpful. The package room for delivered mail and parcels is a convenient amenity. There is an app but I find the website portal best.

The community is a nice place to live. It has up-to-date appliances, spacious rooms, parking garage, large balconies and surrounded by restaurants, movies and shopping. Great amenities: swimming pool, exercise gym, storage for delivered packages and 24 hour emergency service.

After eight years of living here, I can say that I am satisfied with my overall living experience. Not perfect, but matters are addressed in a timely manner. Location ideal. Living on a fixed income since 2019, it is getting harder and harder to meet my rent and all my other living expenses that are increasing. Should I leave, it would be because of the cost of the rent.

My experience Avana Red Run is a postive one because I have had very few issues sense I've lived here. Maintenance respond quickly within a day or two so far. It gets clean up every morning of trash. Lovely Is landscape around the property. Parking is good and so far outsde of my unit has been keep clean as well. Avana Red Run Management team is great and effective to the community and a kind personality when solving a problem in my experience. I love Avana Red Run. It is a peaceful, quiet community. The office staff is very helpful which includes Rebecca, Property Manager, Monika, Resident Service Manager, and Nicholas. All have always acted professional and courteous.

The rent increases by a large amount each year. Walls are super thin you literally hear everything your neighbors do. no cameras outside of apartment buildings. Lots of car thefts. I can’t wait to move !

The quality of the community is going down, but rent prices continue to increase. Apartment noise levels are disturbing, the smell of marijuana clouds the neighborhood constantly, hallway carpets should be cleaned more often, pet droppings are everywhere. Elevators should be cleaned AM & PM. More community activities should be offered.

Needs security due to vandalism and theft. Needs enhanced cleanliness around the property. There is constantly trash on the property outside and in elevators. Also needs overall better staff.
