Avana Rancho Cucamonga has its ups and downs. The price and location are great but experience with staff and maintenance work orders has been mixed usually due to staffing issues. The maintenance team is always friendly and professional but work orders can take months to complete. I enjoy the sense of community the most and find all of our neighbors to be friendly and peaceful.

The community is great just had an issue with a few things when we moved in but nothing major just minor repairs around the apartment. My biggest issue is getting rid of the ant nests in the unit other than that its great here.

We have been here for 5 years. First 2-3 years we loved the response from the team, we felt like a community. The last few years, they lack security, they lack communication and care. Cops have been called multiple times due to fights in parking lots, and late night noise. There’s no security to keep us feeling safe. Homeless sleep inside the complex without the management team doing anything.

I've been here for 4 years now, Avana has great management and leasing agents alongside Maintenance team. Unfortunately the community has been neglected in terms of cleanliness and upkeep of amenities over the years, constant decrease and no improvement. Not the office fault, Greystar needs to budget more to change/upkeep Avana in my opinion.

I am happy living at Avana. I love my apt. But the grounds and especially the landscape, need major attention. We had 3 sever irrigation leaks for months & months. I reported them many times. They didn’t get repaired until I reported it to the City & the water company. And our landscape in the back buildings is horrible. It’s completely unfair that out landscape looks like this in comparison to what all the other buildings have.

I have nothing but a great experience living here. The people in the office and the maintenance guys ALL have been awesome and helpful. My neighbors are cool! The two negative things I would say would be in the inconsistancy of the security gates working and finding people literally in the trash bins digging through trash at 5:30 in the morning when I am leaving for work. That makes me uncomfortable. But overall Awesome!

When I first moved in 2 years ago, I got a parking ticket and was told on my 3rd ticket my vehicle would get towed. Now I can't even get management to remove vehicles that constantly park in my assigned parking space. I actually have to call it in and request permission so I am able to park in any space, that's if I am lucky to even find an open parking space, ?? I can't wait to move out

Avana provides a well kept property with regards to the amenities and rental units themselves. I only had noise problems from neighbors a few times over the course of one year, which was resolved quickly. The maintenance staff is prompt to help fix any problems and was polite/courteous. One issue is the parking, as each resident is assigned one space, and any remaining cars are to park in a first-come/first-serve basis. This created many problems as sometimes it is difficult to find a space and at times had to park at a farther distance not close to our unit.
The place is so nice, the apt is attractive, safe and quiet plus caring neighborhood.
Avana is safe, clean and a family friendly community!
Avana has the friendliest staff. Always willing to help with any questions. The complex is always clean. Love this community.

Overall, it’s a decent place to live. Loud neighbors/cars/oversized dogs, and roaches are my biggest complaint but, overall, it’s a decent place to live. The maintenance crew is really nice and they really know what they’re doing.

It’s a serene place to live with little to no issues. Only thing that would make this place better is a fresh coat of paint on the exterior! Kind of embarrassing when people say the outside looks like a prison, when it truly is a lovely place to live.

Great set ups between each Apartment buildings with the nice walk way layouts and friendly dog and children parks, beautiful swimming pools, 24 hour gym. Also has great living space layouts, very spacey and I really enjoy to open layout. Plus each switch in my apartment is lighted to I can find them in the dark. My apartment style has a modern look. Love the wood floors color and walls.

If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay I recommend Avana Rancho Cucamonga. Leasing Team is one of the best and mad everything fast and simple. Location you can't beat because you're around everything. Want to watch a move? AMC is 5 minutes away. Want to go hiking? Etiwanda Preserves is about 10 mins away and Claremont Loop is about 15 mins away. Want to grocery shop? You have Ralph's, Stater Bros, and Vons super close like 10 mins. Need clothes? Target literally up the street. Ontario Mills about 7 mins away. Police department across the street so no need to not feel safe. Want to go out on a nice date and eat good food? Haven City Market across the street. Avana Rancho Cucamonga has great leasing agents that give the best customer service and the studios and apartments are nicely designed and super clean. Just do it! :)

The staff was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and customer service oriented. They always go above and beyond for all my needs with a positive and friendly attitude. Also, the neighbors are respectful, friendly and respectful. The environment is quiet and peaceful which is the main reason I move here. I love this place so far.
The front desk leasing representatives are welcoming and make the apartment search less stressful.
