Avana has proven to be a great community with friendly staff and residents. The upkeep of the properties is top-notch with various amenities like a pool, yoga center, gym, and many walking trails. The complex is also located close to many restaurants, activities, and other surrounding towns.

The community is quiet, clean and very friendly. The management team has been nothing but helpful, patient and really looked out for us when plans were not going according schedule. Furthermore it is a great place for your pets especially dogs, alot of walking spaces and great trail that connect to the community.

Very quiet apartment and living space. Need to keep rental costs stable for people on fixed incomes. Units need better appliances such as dishwashers and better refrigerator with ice makers

Love living at Avana! I looked at a lot of places and none felt like home. As soon as I drove into the beautiful community of trees, homes and plants, I knew this would be home. The design of the buildings, the trees and the general layout is very special.

The community is beautiful and very well kept. It's perfect for people who want to be in a central location but still able to enjoy nature walks. Management is great and very responsive to all issues. Overall, it's been very pleasant and I enjoy living at Avana.

We have been in our apt. For 3 years with positive comments in every aspect. Mario and Louis great dealing with them.

Don't move here! Residents do not feel cared about nor are concerns heard, acted upon, nor taken seriously. Management sends threatening letters to good tenants, while poor tenants continue to break community rules and cause damage. Absolutely despicable

Great community Maintenance is top notch and professional

Always get a super fast response when submitting a work order, usually the next day, he always calls before entering my apartment and I get an email notification when the work is complete. Super fast and smooth transaction every time. I’ve never had one bad experience with the maint team here.

Avana Marlborough has such a lovely, quiet setting. The apartments are spacious and have lots of windows. I feel very safe here.

This community is filled with gracious neighbors And helpful staff

The sound of the firing range off of Elm St is so loud and ignoring especially when the windows are up. Also, trucks allowed to park in our lot all day, all nights and all months.

The apartments are lovely, private, and filled with light. The complex is very well maintained inside and out. Management and maintenance staff are responsive and efficient.

In the 10 years that we've lived here (through 3 different owners), we have found that the management and maintenance personnel have always been professional and responsive.

Same as usual--Greystar as new owner continues to demonstrate excellent management. I have rated Avana as execllent each time I respond.

I continue to be very happy with living here. Making friends with other tenants has been hard for me, but I suspect that this kind of thing is true of apartment living in general.

Avana site is quiet and outside looks nice, but the conditions of the apartment interiors, the yoga room that can't be used and the lack of transparency and customer service is very disappointing. I'm paying a luxury monthly rate for an apartment that's not in prime condition. I had to move in to an apartment that still needs repairs and needed deep cleaning, and two weeks later still haven't fixed all the issues.

Great neighborhood staff is extremely prompt and respectable

Avana Marlborough apartment is a great location just off Boston Post Road. I relocated to MA and I was searching for the right location with all the amenities and Avana had it all. The community is quiet, clean, pet friendly, with spacious apartments with attached garages, and the community is close proximity to shopping, entertainment, stores, hotels, and major interstate. I would certainly gave a 5 star rating for the community. The management team is great, professional, and friendly, and would make all the accommodations for the residents. A plus is that the maintenance's team goes above and beyond to make sure the apartment appearance is kept up and all the resident needs are met. A great place!!

I have lived at Avana for 3 years. The community itself is very friendly and the staff are wonderful. Darin, in the office, has been so kind and very reliable. If you need anything, he takes care of it. Louie in maintenance is equally as wonderful. Anytime I've had a maintenance issue he has been there and gets the job done promptly...and he is so nice! If you're looking for a friendly, quiet and safe place to live with reliable staff then look no further!!

Avana Marlboroug is a great community for anyone, very pet friendly, clean, and conveniently located to stores, shopping, restaurants, and highways. The apartments are spacious, clean, and the community is very quiet with scenic views of trees, walking trails, and stream.

Darin from Avana made the move in a seamless experience and provided all the information needed to make the leasing process quick and easy. The virtual tour, online application, and communications with Avana Staff made for a great experience - unit & facilities are in excellent condition and the neighbors are wonderful. Location is perfect, quiet and private and within walking distance to conservation land, restaurants, and shopping...5 STARS!

Wonderful quiet neighborhood close to shopping and trails

We came back! A few years ago, when we retired, we rented here. From there we moved back to western Mass. to see my wife's mother-in-law through her last months on this glad earth. After she passed, and I retired, we wanted to live near our daughter, her husband, and our first grandchild. And so we called Avana for our hope to return and so far are living happily ever after! accepted a unit sight-unseen (one with a wonderful wooded view as it turned out)

Living at Avana in Marlborough is an incredible experience. It truly feels like home. It is quiet and peaceful and a great place to walk around to enjoy the outdoors.

Avana Marlborough is a great place to live. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and major highways. The neighbors are friendly and the staff responds quickly with any of our concerns. Its also a very pet-friendly community! One of our favorite features is our second-floor balcony which gets sun throughout the day. We use it regularly - great place to sit and relax. Available also here are a gym, pool and community area - more amenities to enjoy. Wed happily recommend Avana Marlborough to anyone looking for an apartment.

I recently moved to the community and have absolutely loved my time here. The community is very quiet and the management team is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is quick to respond to work orders and very friendly as well. The property is near restaurants and shops and the highway is easily accessible when I need to go into Boston.

It continues to be a blessing living in this community great neighbors and caring staff who continue to respect and share hospitality

Avana Marlborough is a beautiful apartment complex, surrounded by small ponds and lots of trees. The units feel more like condo homes than your standard apartment and most come with garages. It's a great option for people wanting something with a more homey feel.
