Avana court is a great community. Management and the maintenance team are excellent. The problems I have at Avana are 1) outdated kitchen 2) neighbors that smoke and drink, will leave the cigarette buds and beer bottles on the ground.

Very inconvenienced with mailboxes being broken for over a year and forced to pay for post office box plus a lot of our mail and packages were never recovered

Horrible place to live infested with ants and takes them months to fix the issue, leasing office is a nightmare. They say they will do something and they will literally forget and then gaslight you claiming they never mentioned anything until they pull up the email proof at which point they talk in circles since they have no intentions of helping. I moved out last month and they failed to update everything in the system which they said they would so my account was charged over 1k. Iv been emailed for almost 2 weeks and calling since the charge came out over 4 days ago and still no call back! DO NOT MOVE HERE

This community is almost like a small city to itself. The people here are friendly and each building is a community of its own. The staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is friendly, quick and thorough.

I’m very unhappy here. Car was broken into . Bad neighbors who make the chandelier shake. Flooded apt. to a deteriorating infrastructure , mole. Mailboxes don’t work properly.

We have lived at Avana Court for almost 3 years. Maintenance has always been fast and it’s a safe area! It is expensive (everything is right now) but we’ve enjoyed making it out home. :)

Avana court can be a good place to live but they need to put a lot more emphasis on the residence and their needs instead of just collecting and fixing miner repairs and the major ones stays their and gets worse .

My rent was increased for no specific reason while my entire apartment fell apart for an entire year every week there was new problem which took minimum five days to be responded to then get corrected. There was one water that took six weeks to get corrected. Bath took one year to be acknowledged for repair. On that basis my rent was increased at the end of year . For the mess that I was living in I think I should have being considered for a no increase or a very small increase. I guess no body cares it’s just business.

This apartment complex is suffering real bad. The rent sky rocketed, only to have a ton of abandoned and stolen vehicles on the property. That says a lot right there. The main gate is broken and just thrown in the bushes to the side of the entrance (tacky). The trash area is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS overflowing and flowing in the lane that your supposed to drive thru to drop the trash off. The entrance areas to your apartment is always dirty. The back entrance gate is always broken. They never answer the phone at the office, it’s always sent to a calling service. They continuously set my alarm off, new and old company and always say they don’t have it in the system. Well if one person put it in, why is that always the excuse. It’s about time to move. I’ve lived here for 12 years in 3 different apts, but once TISHA wasn’t there anymore I knew it wasn’t going to be good.

We are working with a contractor to come back out to repair the gate that someone damaged right after repairs were made, we have a call center for when times are very busy and we cannot step away to answer calls and also have portal email access for open communications. Other than rent going up, everything else is great. I Have had no issues since I’ve been living here. Very quite, peaceful, no one bothers you.

This community is perfect! I recently moved in after spending months in this hectic housing market. It was a huge relief when I walked in and from start to finish the young ladies in the office made the entire process seemless.

From first glance I knew Avana Court would be my new home. To the beautiful grounds to the newly renovated apartments. This place has everything I need. The staff is fantastic including the manager, Lynette and leaser Rissa! I plan to recommend this place to everyone I know!

I think the neighborhood could use a great deal of beautification (bushes/tree removals/replacements, garbage cans emptied) and pest control.

Maintenance staff is excellent here. They always are fast to fix our issues. We have a great pest control company- you as a resident have to do your part and keep a clean home & use pest control as needed. Office ladies Ebony & Melissa have been wonderful to us.

Apartments not fully renovated as told. They charge you for Premier updated unit and you do not get that but still charged for Premier unit.
