I enjoy the community garden. It is such a pleasure to watch food and flowers grow and to be able to taste food fresh from the garden. The pool area is nice and inviting. Lounging around the pool, listening to the birds singing is extremely calming in today’s busy world.

Strata is a great place to live. Great community with kids and pets. Noise isn’t too crazy, neighbors might get a little loud but noise level is definitely lower than other apartments. Maintenance is responsive, but sometimes a little late to get back to unfinished projects. Denise and Hannah are great!

Nice community outdoor garden boxes, produces food and herbs. Maintenance is very responsive. Welcome change in security company, more visible and attentive. We need more guest parking spaces.

We moved here site unseen based on the website. The application process went very smoothly and the staff was excellent at responding to any questions or concerns. The property is also very well kept. The outdoor entertainment area is so nice as well as the indoor area. Then there is the gym which is fully equipped and always clean. I really have nothing negative to say. The only thing i wish but it's ok is that the kitchen was a bit bigger and had more cabinets

A good place to live with my family! The location is near of main streets, avenues and highways. There is bus station in front of the condominium. The neighborhood is diverse but kind and calm. The office is always available to help us.

I’ve been here for almost 5 years, the staff has been fantastic. Most residential communities there is not much of a relationship between office staff and the residents, but not here. Here they do a really good job with personalized service, communication and being responsive.

I throughly enjoy my apartment, it’s nice renovated including new appliances. My immediate neighbors are quiet and I don’t hear too much noise. However, the fire alarm is a huge cause for concern, mainly times going off multiple times a day including at night. This seems to be an ongoing issue as I have lived here two year and it persists. Another issue being animals urinating on the carpets in the hallway. We reported actually seeing animals doing so and got no follow up from the office. Parking hasn’t been enforced until very recently. Coming home later in the night leaves me wondering if I will be able to find a spot. Maintenance is a plus and always comes within a day of filing a request.

The weed smell in my house is ridiculous! Lots of mice and the rent went up $500 at once so be careful when moving here. I don’t recommend .

I love living at Strata. It has been great almost four years so far. The unit is great, it has everything you need, good appliances, it is a quiet place at night, pet friendly, great community area. Staff is great! Always ready to solve any issues. We all fell at home.

Overall, the apartment complex is very nice. There are frequent fire alarms where three fire trucks are on scene, along with a fire vehicle. Mostly, the fire alarms are silenced and the fire department departs. This is both disruptive and unnerving. Recently I learned of an actual fire Christmas Eve 2024, as told to me by another tenant. Tenants do not evacuate, which could be fatal in the event of actual fire. Frequent medical emergencies with police, fire and ambulance. There are multiple other instances where police alone are called. My friend calls this One Adam Strata after : Adam-12 is an American police procedural crime drama television series. The grounds and amenities are enjoyable. Need designated dog parks rather than dogs doing their business anywhere and everywhere. Maintenance and cleaning staff work diligently and are accommodating.

The condominium is clean and organized, constant maintenance is carried out on the internal and external areas, our experience has been very good.

Maintenance staff are great, Common areas are kept clean most of the time. Great newest features like the new gym, and conference rooms However a $500 raise on rent at once is ridiculous, so be aware! Also, 5 guest parking is stressful and ridiculous.

Love my apartment. Just feel like more effort could be put into the community amenities. I.e 2 grills for the hundreds of units here when there is plenty of space to fit more. Also I have now lost 3 Amazon packages because there is not a good system for mail delivery. In the summer there were constant late night parties in the courtyard with no security. Fire alarms go off at least once a week because people smoke in the hallways. Trash builds up at the dumpsters. Lack of cleaning in the common areas/entrances. No staff member available 24/7 (even security). It’s a little bit of a free for all here. I don’t really care about these things that much but the price I pay here should be reflective of a luxury apartment. I lived in the city and love the riff-raff believe me. You just pay too much here for that. To me, the overall experience has been meh…This all being said if they don’t up the rent significantly I’ll probably stay a couple years but for the price it’s ?????. Nice people tho

the staff at this apartment is awesome. Hanna is a sweetheart the apartment is wonderful in design and in feel. This apartments are well taken care of.

I only have issues with the people in the building that own dogs, cause they’re not cleaning after their dogs inside and outside the building.

Negative points: I don't have much to complain about this place, I just think the rent is very expensive and rent every year. I also think there could be a playground for the children to play. Positive points: the maintenance staff, especially Arthur, are incredible, very professional and whenever I need them, 5 minutes later there is someone knocking on my door to fix the problem.

Not a good experience, there’s a lot of mice! Rent recently went up $500 which is absolutely crazy and no update to the unit at all! Package room is super messy, it takes a whole while to find anything.

As a long time resident of this property, I have seen ebbs and flows. The current management company appears to have genuine interest in making this a better living experience for residents. The challenge is see is often from residents themselves; there are a lot of people (or maybe their guests) that do not respect the common areas (including hallways, dumpsters, package room, parking lot) and leave trash and debris. It is always frustrating to see that the common spaces are abused -- and I always feel bad for the cleaning company the following Monday because they have to clean up after inconsiderate residents. One thing I have hoped for is a dedicated play space for the children; they make do with the little bit of grass space that is available, but it would be nice for them to have a space of their own. Look forward to another year as a resident of Strata.
