7,000 to break lease

In July, raised my rent by $800. I found a cheaper place. To break lease they're charging me $7000. 4,990 to break lease. Then an additional rent of 2,900. I have a 2 bed 2 bath. Dirty pool Dishwasher never fixed 12 complaints about it went unfixed. Clubhouse never open. Cant enjoy time there.

Phenomenal

This property is fantastic. You'll enjoy the proximity to the Aurora reservoir where there are endless recreation opportunities. You'll be amazed at the variety of shopping and dining that is available at the Southlands Mall, about 1 mile away. I've lived here one year and resigned for another. Kim and the other staff members are very amicable.

The Ridge at Wheatlands has been a great place to live. The complex is quiet and the staff is super friendly. For a complex of this size its pretty impressive the staff knows you by name. Kim, Chris and Calie are the best!

I would like to express my gratitude for the help that Kim, Angela, and Chris gave me as I was moving into my apartment. Moves can be very stressful, but these three people made it a lot easier. They went out of there way to help an old man out. They have made me fill very welcome here at my new home. Chris has gone way beyond the call of duty to help me, even coming by on a weekend. I'm looking forward to living here. I would recommend Ridge at Wheatlands.

Loving this place

Alan, Michele and Kim will treat you right. Chris, maintenance, treats the complex like it’s his own. I love the clubhouse, the fitness center and the pool area. I highly recommend this complex. It’s brand new too. I’ve been here 3 months and have found this to be the best choice. I’ve looked at several in the area. Enjoy ??

Loving this place
