Property Ratings at Avalon Somerville Station
The worst rental experience I have had, especially given the amount we paid on rent. Cheap labor and material used to stitch this place up at make it appealing at first sight. We were the first tenants in our unit and early in our lease we had to call maintenance for nails sticking out of the carpet and cabinet shelves falling off the hinges. On top of all that, floors were uneven and the internet was extremely bad and required the company to come out several times to service the building which made it difficult to work from home. All of this would gave been a bit more tolerable if the leasing office did not misinform us numerous times about fees upon move in and again upon move out. Absolutely no accountability for the misinformation. Only one person in that office was actually genuine, honest, and professional but, unfortunately, they were rarely there. Definitely money hungry
