Outstanding customers service Ive been here almost 2 years. I have pass history with Southwood in GSO early 2000's and the customers service was good. I pray I can continue to resided here if they have a heart and stopped increaseing our Rent, there are n amenties ,so why or what are we paying for?. God bless you

I love living here!!! I have no complaints! I love living here and all the staff are courteous and respectful. Anytime I have something that needs to be fixed it is always done in a timely manner and the maintenance guys are always courteous as well and do a great job!

As the title says, I've lived in the complex for almost two years now. I live in a 2 bed, 2 bath. With our unit, the interior is nice and clean. It's hard for me to hear my roommate when he's in his bedroom when I'm in the living room. Walls are mostly soundproof so you rarely hear your neighbors unless they're in the breezeway. The staff ALWAYS let you know ahead of time before they enter your apartment so it's not a surprise. The mechanics are incredibly kind and fast with their work. Very pet friendly.

Great apartments! Great staff! Great location! Close to restaurants, shopping,and the airport. We have a 2 bedroom apartment and we love the space. We love the salt water pool and fitness center! Did I say great staff? We love the location!

When we were looking for a place we thought this place was perfect, it's hard to find a two bedroom for a decent price in Asheville. But now sadly we know why they are so cheap. The inside might look nice , but it's far from it. The same week we moved in we went to open the fridge and the handle completely came off. All of the appliances are super cheap our fridge leaks, every morning I walk into the kitchen to find a huge puddle. The microwave feels like its about to break every time you open it, honestly I feel like we are paying way to much money for everything to already be falling apart.Not to mention our upstairs neighbors stomp non stop at all hours of the day and night , so I definitely recommend getting a 3rd floor apartment if you go against better judgement and move in to this place. They also didn't make enough parking spaces so be prepared to have to park three buildings up and walk. I personally would not recommend living here and if we could get out of our lease right away I would. I will say the staff has been very friendly anytime we have had any issues they have helped right away, but that's probably the only good thing I could say about this place.

This apartment is located in the perfect location! I've lived in Asheville all my life and if you're looking for a nice place nestled right outside the heavy traffic of Asheville, Arden would be the perfect location for you. These apartments are located very close to the airport, great restaurants, shopping centers, and is only about 20 minutes from downtown. The Avalon is a brand new luxury apartment that is being very well maintained. There are multiple little dog parks located around the area for animal lovers and a well maintained salt water pool with lounge chairs and dining tables, it definitely makes you feel as if you're on a mini vacation within your home. I couldn't think of a better place to live!

Avalon is a brand new apartment complex just south of Asheville. My wife and I were some of the first to move into this complex. They are luxurious inside and out. The location is great being close to interstates and the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as shopping and restaurants. It is pet friendly and safe. Staff is helpful. Only downside is living on the ground level we hear the neighbors above us and I've heard others comment on the same issue. I'd recommend the top floor and the lovely mountain views that come with it.
