the rent office is very rude and don’t care about the tenants . i didn’t have a/c for a month and a half and stopped lying rent until they fixed it. they gave me a 3 day to pay and stated that was my evection notice!

Hello. Although we appreciate most reviews, we're very concerned about yours. We care deeply about our residents and are saddened you feel differently. You cannot just decide to not pay rent without facing repercussions. Please give us a call when you can so we can address your concerns directly.
I would not recommend Avalon apartments the office staff does not care about the tenants or the up keep of the apartments. Apartments are infested with mice! Mold builds up in the bathrooms very easily. It is very ghetto the kids are bad! The cameras are only for show they do not work !
My air conditioner being out sent Wednesday night I call Thursday morning at 8:36 then again at 5:40 to see was somebody come out. I'm a disabled female with health problems and I have bad allergies. I was told that the air conditioner not a portion to open up my windows and cut ceiling fans on. I have on all 3 ceiling fans plus 4 other fans in my bedroom plus I have 1 fan in my living room. It still 83 degrees in my house. I take medicines that the doctor said don't get over heated or be in sun. I really just go outside when I have to. These last 5 days being the worse days of my 46 years life. Hope they fix it before I'm found in here dead by my family members or best friend.

We apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused you. We understand your frustrations. Please know that our maintenance staff responds to work requests as quick as possible, and we have our after-hours emergency line if the air goes out after the office closes. Unfortunately, with the weather heating up, AC issues tend to pop up and our maintenance staff gets to them as quick as they can. The property manager has informed management that this issue has been repaired, and we appreciate your understanding.
How is that Avalon has all of these apartments an only "ONE" maintenance man? They want the rent on time but, they can't fix things in a timely fashion. If you are paying AIR, pest control you shouldn't have to wait 2 MONTHS or more to get it fixed. They're not going to wait for the rent money.
