Everything is great so far! Just moved in. Lee was very helpful in securing us a beautiful townhome. Property is kept very clean. Amenities are beautiful.. two heated saltwater pools, a gym and a nice kids playground. Haven’t checked out the basketball courts yet!

We had a pleasure to live in Avalia for about one year. It has been such a great experience. Staff is very professional and supportive. Townhouses are very modern and clean. Their maintenace service is fast and very accommodating. The move-in process was seamless, and I felt well-supported throughout. I highly recommend Avalia to anyone looking for a new home. I have now been at Availia for almost 7 years. This is my home. When my wife and I moved here, that is what she made me understand. When my wife of 25 years died, she left this world in the place that she loved. The many visits and dinners with family and friends. The times walking arounfd the lake. The days lying by the pool. If it wasn't for being here, it would have made my even sadder than it has been, without her at home. Recently I had someone who works with me, visit Avalia. His observation was that " I am lucky to live at Availia. He found the property and area, like a hidden jewel, in the middle of Boca". The staff and management are the best, and in my business I deal with many south Florida communities. Our manager Sophia keeps this jewel polished and bright, and her staff reflects her professionalism. Do I recommend this community to others , YES, if you want to find a "Home", come find out.

I am now in my third apartment with Avalia and I cannot say enough how much I love living here! The community is very well kept. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. Maintenance is amazing. Any issue, big or small, they are there to handle it. The townhouses and apartments offer beautiful fixtures. The community's location is great. Close to east and west Boca with a good shopping plaza in walking distance. Highly recommend living here!

All good, except we got booted without any warnings and had to pay $80 fine and be late for work. Parking is terrible in this community; that's the biggest downside.

The management has made improvements in paving the parking areas, employing additional security, providing security for longer periods of time and recently banned motorized scooters for young children. They take the residents comments seriously especially the safety of children in the neighborhood and the frequent reminders to pick up after pets. Thank you!
I haven’t been here long but so far it quiet the neighbors are friendly and the gym is open 24/7. We also are in the middle of pretty much everything we need the most I’ll have to drive is 10 mins

The community is nice. The staff is helpful. I find that sometimes it will take longer periods of time to get questions answered from staff if at all.

So far everything is good. Things that needed to be fixed were attended to right away. People are very friendly. Parking is definitely a problem if you have a guest. There is just not much room. Development should be gated with the cost of rent

My wife and I moved here over 5 years ago, and I have never felt that we did not do the right move. Avalia is a great place to live. Centrally located, well maintained, great staff and close to all schools, doctors, shopping, and events. Less than an hour to Miami, 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale and the same to Palm Beach. One of the best places I have ever lived.

We are so happy to be living in AVALIA. Whenever there is an issue in the apartment, the maintenance team addresses it quickly and professionally. The office staff is always trying to connect with residents by planning new and unique events. Safety is the management’s main priority. Amazing place to live. Close to all amenities. Management is awesome. after living here for a year I am super happy and ecstatic and I have not seen a better management company in my life. They really care about their residents and go out of their way to make sure that they are happy. I would strongly recommend if you are considering moving to this area.

I have been very happy with the community. I feel safe and at home. My fear for the future is a price increase. I referred a family memebership to this community and she is currently leasing a unit. My unit is currently renting for less than I am paying. I asked for a price match and was denied. I would resign for a third year, if the management matches the current rental rates. I find it only fair, since I have been a loyal tenant with a positive payment record.

I have been living at this community for 13 years. Since the new management took over it has been a greta improvement not only in the upgrade of the units, but on maintenance response, on how friendly and responsive the staff is, and overall a huge step up on all the amenities. A nice apartment. However, so many hang laundry from balconies, leave trash out all day and leave mops and such hanging over their railing. Complaints to management do nothing although they say they strive for 100% satisfaction. When I walk up to my apart.ent it feels you are walking up to a tenement.

Good residence, second time living here!! The amenities are so beautiful, quiet and nice, the people who work here are very friendly. The apartment is the perfect size
