My experience at the Autumn Ridge apartments have been nothing but great Miss Ruth and Miss Sonnie always handles. Any complaints that I make call with the maintenance team is great. They always do a great job. Let me know when they have to enter my apartment. The only thing that I don’t like is the neighbors putting their garbage on the ground instead of in the garbage can.

My apartment is great three bedrooms two full bath nice kitchen nice living room. The landscaping is kept up great looks good when you enter the apartments and there is always somewhere to park when you come home at night from work.

In April it will be my 7th year here. The staff is so nice and friendly. The apartment are spacious and rent is reasonable.Most of all I love the peace and quiet. Parking lot is well kept no loud music. My neighbors are friendly

I moved in this past weekend and so far I’m happy with my decision. Me and my 4 children purchased a 3 bed two bath. The young lady in the office has been very nice to us in helping us be comfortable.

My apartment smells like smoke and it’s been hard to get the smell out. Previous maintenance on the apartment has not been done properly. Plaster and paint has fallen off the walls.
