The apartments themselves might look nice but the experience of living here is absolutely horrendous. Paper thin walls, noisy neighbors, trash and dog waste in the hallways, etc. Along with the daily annoyances, management has changed numerous times so we have had to resubmit documents MULTIPLE times. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Pay attention to the new reviews. This place was decent before new management took over. New management doesn’t do anything with the requests or complaints you have. Instead, you will just get a generic template answer saying it’s “resolved”. Walls are paper thin and noise complaints to the management team get you nowhere. The inside of the apartment is nice and spacious, but everything outside of that is poor. Hallways are always a mess and good luck getting your car out of the parking lot if (or when) there is a snow storm.

Management is rude doesnt care and will over charge you for everything

This is by far the most horrible place I have ever lived. The leasing office could not care less about the safety of their residents. The fire alarms have gone off three times this week and not once has a security company called the fire department. It has been residents every time. You try to tell the office of issues and they ignore you or give you some generic template response saying they will fix it but they never do. I have had personal property stolen from my apartment and was told it was their problem. The residents across the hall from me get into screaming matches constantly and the walls and doors are so thin you can hear them though out the building. Heck the walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor snoring at night! The hallways never get cleaned and there is often food or other things left laying there for weeks on end, even after the staff has been notified several times about it. Someone dropped a container of protein powder in our entry way 3 months ago. It still has not been cleaned up and I have told the office dozens of times that it is there. They have cameras in the hallway but I’m pretty sure they don’t work, as someone is constantly sneaking into my unsecured garage to smoke weed and the office claims they have no way of know who is going in there even though a camera is directly pointed at the door. For several weeks my emails were being blocked by the leasing office and was only unblocked to let me know they would not be letting me out of my lease because my concerns about my safety living here was not their problem. Majority of the time when you raise issues to them they simply don’t respond. It has been an absolute nightmare living and I am counting down the days I can afford to move out!

Johnny gave us an amazing experience! We are moving in soon & he made us feel so secure and excited! All of the ladies as well, are so nice and professional. They make sure we are satisfied!

The office were very friendly and were eager and willing to show us around and answer any questions that we had regarding the property. The overall space was nice and well maintained. They offer good amenities and the cost is comparable to other places in the same area. Would recommend to others.

I've lived at Autumn Ridge for about two years, and overall - it's been a good experience. It's in a great location at the heart of Waukee and lots of area restaurants and grocery stores. My overall unit is very modern and laid out nicely, along with a good patio.

The staff is friendly and the apartments are nice and updated. Maintenance is quick to take care of issues, but the free WiFi is very slow.

Apartments are really nice, plenty of fun community perks and events. Wifi package included in rent but not the most reliable package. Building doesn't have an elevator which made moving into the 3rd floor difficult.

Autumn Ridge has been a great place to live. The staff is friendly and quick to help, the park next door is great for dogs, and the amenities are endless!

Autumn Ridge is a great place to live in Waukee. You are close to anything you might need while still living in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are quick to respond to emails and the maintenance comes quickly after you request them on the app. I am happy we chose Autumn Ridge!

Decent sized, up to date apartments. Hallways and buildings kept clean, 2 pools, weight room and game room are up to date and always keeping guests busy

I’ve enjoyed it thus far and have lived here for a year. No major issues thus far and any inquiries have been addressed very quickly. Good pools, and amenities.

Nice and Quiet Community. Apartment is nice. It comes with an Electronic Fireplace and 50 inch Smart Tv mounted on the living room wall. There’s also a Swimming pool, Fitness Center and Game room! The office staff is always doing fun things for us tenants too! The rent is reasonably priced for all the amenities you get.

Fairly clean and friendly community. Maintenance guy does a great job with everything and explains things well! Management doesn’t care about your concerns as long as they get your money. Amenities are good and love how close the dog park is!

The apartments have a quiet community, helpful staff and spacious rooms.

The apartment units are a good size and have nice finishes. We had no issues with the leasing office at move-in and haven't had any maintenance related issues in our unit - the staff has been good. However, this property definitely has some issues. There are police officers here quite regularly, and my roommate witnessed an instance in the community fitness center one evening where the police had to show up and resolve a situation. Additionally, there are always kids playing in unsafe areas of the parking lot where cars can't see them right away. This summer, every time I was at the pool there were young kids left there without adult supervision for hours, splashing around and being obnoxious. The clubhouse game room was vandalized a couple months ago. Kids like to hang out in the hallways and stairwells of the apartment buildings, and are usually in the way when I try to go up to my unit. Our building also smells like weed most of the time. Overall, I like the apartment units, but there's questionable things going on in the rest of the community that doesn't make it a great place to live. We won't be renewing our lease as it seems to be headed in the wrong direction.

I don't know how there could be any negative comments. This is one of the best places I've lived as far as a rental. Very spacious apartments, great community and the staff are wonderful.

Most spacious apartments I’ve ever seen. So beautiful and so much room. Doesn’t feel like an apartment at all. Worth checking out!

I love living in these apartments! They have great amenities, staff and location!

It is overall pretty quiet and the apartments look nice and modern. Additionally, each apartment is set up with its own security system on top of needing a key for access to the building, which provides greater peace of mind. I haven't taken advantage of the clubhouse amenities yet, but love the added value!

This place is great to live. I have been living in these apartments since 2016. The staff were very responsive to questions and problems I have. I like the events they organize to bring the community together getting to know each other.

The apartments are very nice. We have a 3 bedroom for a great price. My kids really love the pools! We don't often take advantage of the club houses but it's nice to know we have the option! They recently added new apartment numbers which makes it so much easier to figure out where your going! They have monthly events for the tenants which is something I've never had at different apartments. Wish there was a park closer but overall we love the apartents!

We like that Autumn Ridge is growing. We have been here since our building has opened. It is nice to see more kids in our building as the years have gone. I like that they have added the second clubhouse space, was great to play pool while waiting for family. Also the 2 pools are great to have! If one pool is busy we just go to the next one. We are excited to see what Hubbell has to offer our community as well as what they offer to keep current residents!

The smoke alarms go off in the middle of the night for no reason and the walls are paper thin. Management is awful and doesn’t care about residents’ concerns.
